METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PARTION PANEL FOR BUILDING AND PARTION PANEL THEREFROM
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a partition panel for a building and a partition panel for a building. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a partition panel for a building used as a partition, a panel for a door, or a wall panel in an environment of an internal space of a building requiring nonflammability comprises: 1) a step of performing an alkaline grease removing process on one side and the other side of a first finishing material consisting of an aluminum sheet; 2) a step of coating a hot melt adhesive on a first plane unit of a core board and attaching one side of the first finishing material to the first plane unit; 3) a step of coating a hot melt adhesive on the other side of the first finishing material and attaching a second finishing material consisting of a high pressure laminate (HPL) to the other side of the first finishing material; and 4) a step of giving a hardening condition to the hot melt adhesive to harden and affix the first finishing material to the first plane unit, and hardening and affixing the second finishing material to the first finishing material.
본 발명은 건축용 파티션 패널 제조방법 및 건축용 파티션 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 불연성이 요구되는 건물의 내부공간 환경에서 파티션이나 도어용 패널, 벽 패널로 사용되는 건축용 파티션 패널의 제조방법으로서, 1) 알루미늄 시트로 구성된 제1 마감재의 일측면 및 타측면을 알칼리 탈지 처리하는 단계; 2) 심재보드의 제1 평면부에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하고 상기 제1 마감재의 일측면을 부착하는 단계; 3) 상기 제1 마감재의 타측면에 핫멜트 접착제를 도포하고 HPL(High Pressure Laminate) 시트로 구성된 제2 마감재를 부착하는 단계; 및 4) 상기 핫멜트 접착제에 대한 경화 조건을 부여하여, 상기 제1 평면부에 제1 마감재를 경화 접착시키고, 상기 제1 마감재에 제2 마감재를 경화 접착시키는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 건축용 파티션 패널 제조방법이 개시된다.
