According to the present invention, a support type hood hinge lifting device is disclosed. The disclosed support type hood hinge lifting device comprises: a fixing bracket fixated to a vehicle body; an arm member rotated by a rotary shaft in the fixing bracket; an installation bracket rotationally connected to the arm member, and provided in a hood; a lock lever rotationally installed by the arm member and a hinge unit, and pressurizing and rotating the installation bracket by rotation of an actuator; and an operation maintaining unit maintaining the rotation state of the installation bracket after the installation bracket is rotated.
