The present invention relates to a system for discharging leachate in a marine disposal facility and a method for discharging leachate. More specifically, provided is a system for discharging leachate in a marine disposal facility and a method for discharging leachate. The system for discharging leachate is formed on an upper part of the ground of a marine disposal facility and is used in the marine disposal facility where water and landfilled waste coexist. To this end, the system of the present invention comprises: a plurality of vertical collecting pipes which is installed in the marine disposal facility and in which reactive medium used for purifying water is embedded; and a floating-type water treatment apparatus which is selectively connected to at least one of the vertical collecting pipes and discharges water after collecting water by the vertical collecting pipes and then purifying the same. According to the present invention, the system enable maintenance of water in the marine disposal facility at a certain level, and can discharge leachate continuously produced in the marine disposal facility to the outside after purification.
본 발명은 해상 처분장의 침출수 배출 시스템 및 침출수 배출 방법에 관한 것으로, 해상 처분장 지반 상부에 형성되고, 매립된 폐기물과 물이 공존하는 해상 처분장의 침출수 배출 시스템에 있어서, 물을 정화하는 반응성 매질이 내장되고, 해상 처분장에 설치된 다수개의 연직집수관과, 다수개의 연직집수관 중 하나 이상과 선택적으로 연결되고, 연직집수관을 통해서 물을 집수하여 정화처리 후 외부로 배출하는 부유식 수처분장치를 포함하며, 해상 처분장 수위를 적정치로 유지할 수 있으며, 해상 처분장에서 지속적으로 발생되는 침출수를 정화하여 외부로 배출할 수 있는 효과가 있는, 해상 처분장의 침출수 배출 시스템 및 침출수 배출 방법을 제공한다.
