RAIL-TYPE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANELS
The present invention is to provide a rail-type installation structure of an aluminum composite panel (1) where: an aluminum composite panel (1) is used as an exterior finishing material for the external wall of a building (10) to provided an excellent external appearance; multiple vertical support fixtures (2) and horizontal support fixtures (3) are fixated and installed at a certain interval in longitudinal and widthwise directions by an angle (22) fixated by an anchor bolt (21) on the external wall of the building (10); there is an elevating rail (4) formed to have an opening (41) in a longitudinal direction at the center of the outside by being fixated and installed on each vertical support fixture (2) in a longitudinal direction, wherein an aluminum composite panel (1) is placed for a supporting bracket (5) to be fixated on both sides to vertically slide on a pair of elevating rails (4) near each other; and there is a fixing means (6) made to fixate the aluminum composite panel (1) on the elevating rail (4) at a designated position while being elevated on the elevating rail (4). In the present invention: when the aluminum composite panel (1) is installed on the external wall of a building (10), a scaffold is not separately installed. Thus, the construction convenience and work efficiency can be improved while maximizing safety. In addition, an excellent external appearance can be obtained by the aluminum composite panel (1) itself; and the combination strength and durability of the aluminum composite panel (1) can be remarkably enhanced.
본 발명은 건축물(10)의 외벽에 알루미늄복합패널(1)을 외장마감재로 하여 외관이 수려하게 보이도록 한 알루미늄복합패널(1)의 레일형 설치구조를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 본 발명은 건축물(10)의 외벽에 앵커볼트(21)로 고정되는 앵글(22)에 의해서 가로세로로 일정 간격을 두고 고정 설치된 수개의 수직지지대(2) 및 수평지지대(3)가 구비되며, 각 수직지지대(2)에 길이방향으로 고정 설치되어 외측 가운데에 길이방향으로 개구(41)되게 형성된 승강레일(4)이 구비되며, 이때 이웃하는 한 쌍의 승강레일(4)에 상하로 슬라이딩되도록 양측으로 지지브래킷(5)이 고정되게 구성된 알루미늄복합패널(1)이 구비되며, 승강레일(4)에서 승강되다가 정해진 위치에서 승강레일(4)에 알루미늄복합패널(1)을 고정시키도록 구성된 고정수단(6)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명에 의하면 건축물(10) 외벽에 알루미늄복합패널(1)을 설치할 시 별도로 비계를 설치하지 않으므로 시공편의성과 작업효율을 향상시키면서 안전성을 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 또한 알루미늄복합패널(1) 자체에 의한 외관의 수려함을 기본적으로 득할 수 있으며, 알루미늄복합패널(1)의 결합강도 및 내구성을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있는 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
