CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING AND MAINTAINING CONCRETE PAVEMENT HAVING MODIFIED SLAG
The present invention relates to an alkali-activated concrete composition with improved expression of initial strength and field applicability by using a binding material which is prepared by adding an alkaline activator to modified slag without using Portland cement. In the present invention, the concrete composition comprises coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, water, a binding material, and an alkaline activator. The binding material includes modified slag, and at least one selected from the group consisting of common fly ash, fly ash with a high degree of fineness, and silica fume. The alkaline activator includes sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate. More particularly, the alkaline activator includes, based on 100 parts by weight of the alkaline activator: 30 to 70 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide; and 30 to 70 parts by weight of sodium silicate.
본 발명은 포틀랜드 시멘트를 전혀 사용하지 않고, 개질슬래그에 알칼리 활성제가 혼입된 결합재를 이용함으로써 조기강도 발현 및 현장 적용성을 크게 개선시킨 "알칼리 활성 콘크리트 조성물"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 굵은 골재, 잔골재, 물, 결합재 및 알칼리 활성제를 포함하여 구성되며; 결합재는, 일반 플라이애시, 고분말도 플라이애시 및 실리카흄으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 것과 개질슬래그를 포함하여 구성되고; 알칼리 활성제는 수산화나트륨 및 규산나트륨을 포함하는데, 알칼리 활성제의 100 중량부에 대해, 수산화나트륨 30~70 중량부와 규산나트륨 30~70 중량부의 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 포장의 유지보수용 콘크리트 조성물이 제공된다.
