REBAR CLIP
The present invention relates to a rebar clip which clamps a top steel bar and a bottom steel bar together which are orthogonally crossed and, more specifically, relates to the one touch rebar clip capable of being easily manufactured with a simple configuration, not being separated from a reinforcing bar, and being easily installed. According to the present invention, the one touch rebar clip clamps a top steel bar and a bottom steel bar together made of a synthetic resin material, and are orthogonally crossed. The rebar clip comprises: a pair of side members separated from each other at a certain space, having an inclination with the top steel bar at a certain angle; an upper member which connects a top of a side member, of which a lower part is opened in a method which the top reinforcing bar is inserted in a front end of a lower part thereof, forms a half-round coupling groove of the top reinforcing bar having a radius identical to a radius of the top reinforcing bar, and has a tilted blade part to be adjoined with an upper surface of the top reinforcing bar on an upper rear end of the coupling groove of the top reinforcing bar; and a lower member vertically protruded on a side end of a side material of which an upper part is opened in a method where a bottom reinforcing bar is vertically inserted in the top reinforcing bar, and forms a half-round coupling groove of the bottom reinforcing bar having a radius identical to a radius of the bottom reinforcing bar and on an outside end part; a bottom opened to prevent a separation of the bottom reinforcing bar, and a stopper which has an inversed U-shaped cross-section and an opened bottom upwardly protruded.
본 발명은 직교로 교차되는 상부근과 하부근을 결속하는 결속 클립에 대한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 구성이 단순하여 제조가 용이하면서도 철근으로부터 이탈되지 않고, 설치가 용이한 원터치 철근 결속 클립에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 합성수지 재질로 형성되어 직교로 교차되는 상부근과 하부근을 결속하기 위한 것으로, 상호 일정 간격 이격되고, 상부근과 일정 각도 경사지게 구비되는 한 쌍의 측부재; 상기 측부재 상단을 상호 연결하는 것으로 하부 전단에 상부근이 삽입되어 결합되도록 하부가 개방되고 반지름이 상부근의 반지름과 동일한 반원형의 상부근 결합홈이 형성되며, 상기 상부근 결합홈 상부 후단에는 상부근의 상면에 밀착되도록 경사진 날개부가 구비된 상부부재; 및 상기 측부재의 하부 일측단에 수직으로 돌출 형성된 것으로 상부에 하부근이 상부근과 수직방향으로 삽입되어 결합되도록 상부가 개방되고 반지름이 하부근의 반지름과 동일한 반원형의 하부근 결합홈이 형성되며, 외측 단부에는 하부근의 이탈을 방지하는 것으로 하단이 개방되어 단면이 역U자 형상인 스토퍼가 상부로 돌출 형성된 하부부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a rebar clip which clamps a top steel bar and a bottom steel bar together which are orthogonally crossed and, more specifically, relates to the one touch rebar clip capable of being easily manufactured with a simple configuration, not being separated from a reinforcing bar, and being easily installed. 본 발명은 직교로 교차되는 상부근과 하부근을 결속하는 결속 클립에 대한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 구성이 단순하여 제조가 용이하면서도 철근으로부터 이탈되지 않고, 설치가 용이한 원터치 철근 결속 클립에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 합성수지 재질로 형성되어 직교로 교차되는 상부근과 하부근을 결속하기 위한 것으로, 상호 일정 간격 이격되고, 상부근과 일정 각도 경사지게 구비되는 한 쌍의 측부재; 상기 측부재 상단을 상호 연결하는 것으로 하부 전단에 상부근이 삽입되어 결합되도록 하부가 개방되고 반지름이 상부근의 반지름과 동일한 반원형의 상부근 결합홈이 형성되며, 상기 상부근 결합홈 상부 후단에는 상부근의 상면에 밀착되도록 경사진 날개부가 구비된 상부부재; 및 상기 측부재의 하부 일측단에 수직으로 돌출 형성된 것으로 상부에 하부근이 상부근과 수직방향으로 삽입되어 결합되도록 상부가 개방되고 반지름이 하부근의 반지름과 동일한 반원형의 하부근 결합홈이 형성되며, 외측 단부에는 하부근의 이탈을 방지하는 것으로 하단이 개방되어 단면이 역U자 형상인 스토퍼가 상부로 돌출 형성된 하부부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
