ARTIFICIAL GRASS MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT HAVING AIR KNIFE AND THE ARTIFICIAL GRASS MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an artificial grass structure manufacturing apparatus having an air knife and an artificial grass structure manufactured using the same, having a purpose of providing an artificial grass structure manufacturing apparatus which is able to manufacture the artificial grass structure to save an amount of coating and enhance a drawing strength of a pile yarn; and the artificial grass structure manufactured using the same. The present invention manufactures the artificial grass structure comprising: a primary backing substrate supply unit supplying a primary backing substrate; weaving unit tufting pile yarn on the primary backing substrate supplied by the primary backing substrate at regular intervals; a coating and adhering unit covering a coating agent on a coating surface of the primary backing substrate on which the pile yarn is tufted, and adjusting a coating amount of the covered coating agent; a drying unit drying the coating agent covered on the coating surface of the primary backing substrate to form the artificial grass structure; a cooling unit cooling the coating surface of the primary backing substrate by air; and a winding unit winding the artificial grass structure, wherein the coating and adhering unit includes a dipping roller covering the coating agent on the coating surface of the supplied primary backing substrate, a metering knife unit primarily adjusting the coating amount of the coating agent coated by the dipping roller, and an air knife unit injecting air on the coating surface of the primary backing substrate of which the amount of coating is primarily adjusted to forcefully inject the coating agent into the pile holes and at the same time secondarily adjusting the amount of coating of the coating agent covered on the coating surface of the primary backing substrate.
본 발명은 에어나이프를 구비한 인조잔디 구조체 제조장치와 이를 이용하여 제조된 인조잔디 구조체에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 코팅량이 절감되면서 파일사의 인발강도가 향상되도록 인조잔디 구조체를 제조할 수 있는 인조잔디 구조체 제조장치와 이를 이용하여 제조된 인조잔디 구조체를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 기포지를 공급하는 기포지 공급부; 기포지 공급부로부터 공급되는 기포지에 일정 간격으로 파일사가 터프팅되는 제직부; 파일사가 터프팅된 기포지의 코팅면에 코팅제를 도포하고, 도포된 코팅제의 도포량을 조정하는 코팅접착부; 기포지의 코팅면에 도포된 코팅제를 건조시켜 인조잔디 구조체를 형성하는 건조부; 건조된 인조잔디 구조체를 공냉시키는 냉각부; 인조잔디 구조체가 권취되는 권취부;를 포함하되, 상기 코팅접착부는, 공급되는 기포지의 코팅면에 코팅제를 도포하는 디핑롤러부와, 디핑롤러부에 의해 도포된 코팅제의 코팅량을 1차 조정하는 미터링 나이프부와, 코팅량이 1차조정된 기포지의 코팅면에 공기를 분사하여 파일홀내로 코팅제를 강제주입함과 동시에, 기포지 코팅면에 도포된 코팅제의 코팅량을 2차 조정하는 에어나이프부를 포함하여, 인조잔디 구조체를 제조하도록 되어 있다.
