LATCH DEVICE FOR DOOR OPEN PREVENTION DUE TO SIDE COLLISION
According to the present invention, disclosed is a latch device preventing a door from opening during a side collision. According to the present invention, the latch device preventing a door from opening during a side collision comprises: a base plate having a first movement groove part to guide the movement of a striker and fixed to a door; a latch gear mounted on the base plate to be able to rotate and restricting the striker guided through the first movement groove part; a pawl mounted to face the latch gear and be able to rotate and engaging with the latch gear to restrict the rotation of the latch gear; a transmission part receiving power through a wire and rotated to restrict or allow the rotation of the pawl; a locking part inserted into the transmission part or detached therefrom to control the power transmission of the transmission part; and a safety part mounted to face the locking part and moved by an impact caused by the side collision of a vehicle to move the locking part to a lock position.
측면 충돌시 도어열림 방지형 래치장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명의 측면 충돌시 도어열림 방지형 래치장치는: 스트라이커의 이동을 안내하는 제1이동홈부를 구비하며 도어에 고정되는 베이스플레이트와, 베이스플레이트에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 제1이동홈부를 통해 진입된 스트라이커를 구속하는 래치기어와, 래치기어와 마주하며 회전 가능하게 설치되며 래치기어에 맞물리는 동작으로 래치기어의 회전을 구속하는 파울과, 와이어를 통하여 동력을 전달받으며 회전되는 동작에 의해 파울의 회전을 구속하거나 허용하는 전달부와, 전달부에 삽입되거나 이탈되는 동작에 의해 전달부의 동력전달을 제어하는 잠금부 및 잠금부와 마주하는 형상으로 설치되며 차량의 측면 충돌에 의한 충격으로 이동되어 잠금부를 락위치로 이동시키는 안전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
