The present invention provides a building rooftop leakage prevention system structure. The building rooftop leakage prevention system structure comprises: a waterproof layer unit having a plurality of leakage prevention space to form multiple layers on the rooftop floor of a building; a leakage detection unit installed in a plurality of places of the leakage prevention space, and detecting leakage occurrence; and a waterproof material filling unit filling a waterproof material to a leakage prevention space wherein a leakage occurs of the leakage prevention space when detecting the leakage occurrence by the leakage detection unit.
본 발명은 건축 옥상누수 방지 시스템구조를 제공한다. 상기 건축 옥상누수 방지 시스템구조는 건축물의 옥상층에 다층을 이루는 다수의 누수 방지 공간이 형성되는 방수층 부와; 상기 다수의 누수 방지 공간의 다수 위치에 설치되며, 누수 발생을 감지하는 누수 감지부; 및 상기 누수 감지부에 의해 누수 발생이 감지되면, 상기 다수의 누수 방지 공간 중, 상기 누수 발생이 이루어진 누수 방지 공간에 방수 물질을 충진하는 방수 물질 충진부를 포함한다.

The present invention provides a building rooftop leakage prevention system structure. The building rooftop leakage prevention system structure comprises: a waterproof layer unit having a plurality of leakage prevention space to form multiple layers on the rooftop floor of a building; a leakage detection unit installed in a plurality of places of the leakage prevention space, and detecting leakage occurrence; and a waterproof material filling unit filling a waterproof material to a leakage prevention space wherein a leakage occurs of the leakage prevention space when detecting the leakage occurrence by the leakage detection unit.
본 발명은 건축 옥상누수 방지 시스템구조를 제공한다. 상기 건축 옥상누수 방지 시스템구조는 건축물의 옥상층에 다층을 이루는 다수의 누수 방지 공간이 형성되는 방수층 부와; 상기 다수의 누수 방지 공간의 다수 위치에 설치되며, 누수 발생을 감지하는 누수 감지부; 및 상기 누수 감지부에 의해 누수 발생이 감지되면, 상기 다수의 누수 방지 공간 중, 상기 누수 발생이 이루어진 누수 방지 공간에 방수 물질을 충진하는 방수 물질 충진부를 포함한다.
