CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND PARKING LOT USING PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM WITH CHANGING CROSS SECTION
The present invention relates to a method to construct an underground parking lot using PC tapered beams used in a parking lot consisting of a one-directional slab system. The tapered PC beam is formed to have a tapered part whose sectional dimension is changed in such a way that both ends of the tapered PC beam have a deeper beam than a central part of the PC tapered beam; a steel wire is placed therein to apply prestressing; and a parking facility passes through a lower part of the central part. The present invention comprises: a first step of installing a plurality of PC columns on the planned location; a second step of installing both ends of the tapered PC beam between the PC column to be fixated; a third step of installing a plurality of supports on a lower portion of the tapered PC beam; and a fourth step of installing PC slabs between the tapered PC beams facing each other, and casting and curing of a topping concrete.
본 발명은 1방향 슬래브 시스템으로 이루어진 지하주차장에 이용되는 변단면PC보에서, 상기 변단면PC보는 양 단부측이 중앙부측에 비해 춤이 깊어지도록 단면 치수가 변경되는 변단면부를 갖도록 형성되고, 내부에 강선이 배치되어 프리스트레싱이 가해지며, 상기 중앙부측 하부로 설비시설이 지나가는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 변단면PC보를 이용한 지하주차장 시공방법에서, 계획된 위치에 PC기둥을 다수 개 설치하는 제1단계; 상기 PC기둥 사이에 상기 변단면PC보의 양단이 고정되도록 설치하는 제2단계; 상기 변단면PC보의 하부에 복수 개의 서포트를 설치하는 제3단계; 및, 대면하는 상기 변단면PC보 사이에 PC슬래브를 설치하고 덧침콘크리트를 타설 및 양생하는 제4단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
