METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING HEAT INSULATION WALL OF APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a heat insulation wall, which improves the heat insulation effect of an apartment house. The method of the present invention comprises: a first process for attaching a primary insulation plate on the wall; a second process for attaching a floor insulation plate on a floor slab; a third process for attaching a heat storage insulation plate on the internal surface of the primary insulation plate; a fourth process for constructing a floor heating pipe on the floor insulation plate; a fifth process for placing floor finishing concrete on the bottom end unit of the floor insulation plate, the floor heating pipe, and the heat storage insulation plate; and a sixth process for attaching a plaster board to the internal surface of the heat storage insulation plate. The present invention provides an insulation effect by the primary insulation plate, the heat storage insulation plate, and the plaster board by associating the wall insulation with floor heating. As the heat storage insulation plate stores heat and increases the internal temperature of the wall, the dew condensation due to the difference between the external air temperature, indoor temperature, and the wall temperature can be minimized.
본 발명은 공동주택의 단열 효과를 향상시킨 벽체 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 벽체에 1차단열판을 부착하는 제1 공정; 바닥슬래브에 바닥단열판을 부착하는 제2 공정; 상기 1차단열판의 내면에 축열단열판을 부착하는 제3 공정; 상기 바닥단열판 상에 바닥난방파이프를 시공하는 제4 공정; 상기 바닥단열판과 바닥난방파이프 및 축열단열판의 하단부에 바닥마감 콘크리트를 타설하는 제5 공정; 및 상기 축열단열판의 내면에 석고보드를 부착하는 제6 공정; 로 이루어지는 것으로, 벽체 단열을 바닥난방과 연계하여 1차단열판과 축열단열판 및 석도보드에 의한 단열효과를 제공함은 물론 축열단열판이 바닥난방파이프의 열을 축열하여 벽체의 내면 온도를 높여줌으로써 외기온도와 실내온도 및 벽체온도의 차이로 인한 벽체 결로 현상을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
