APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING ANCHOR BOLTS
The present invention relates to an apparatus for supporting an anchor bolt for a basic concrete block for supporting a solar cell module, which comprises: a mold which comprises two top surface plates placed by being distanced from each other; guide members placed respectively on the top surface plates; a guide member fixing unit for fixating the guide members on a random position on the top surface plates; supporting members hung over the two guide members at a distance from each other, where an anchor bolt assembly is supported in a random position; and a supporting member fixing unit for fixating the supporting member in a random position of the guide member. Accordingly, the present invention can easily and accurately place anchor bolts in a preset position when constructing a basic concrete block for making a module supporting structure for supporting a solar cell module.
본 발명은 태양전지모듈 지지용 콘크리트기초블록 앵커볼트 지지장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 서로 간격을 두고 위치하는 두 개의 상면판들을 포함하는 거푸집; 상기 상면판들에 각각 위치하는 가이드부재들; 상기 가이드부재를 상기 상면판의 임의 위치에 고정시키는 가이드부재고정유닛; 서로 간격을 두고 상기 두 개의 가이드부재들에 걸쳐지며, 앵커볼트어셈블리가 임의의 위치에 지지되는 지지부재들; 및 상기 지지부재를 상기 가이드부재의 임의의 위치에 고정시키는 지지부재고정유닛;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 태양전지모듈을 지지하는 모듈지지구조물을 구성하는 콘크리트 기초블록을 시공시 앵커볼트들의 위치를 설정된 위치에 쉽고 정확하게 맞출수 있게 된다.

본 발명은 태양전지모듈 지지용 콘크리트기초블록 앵커볼트 지지장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 서로 간격을 두고 위치하는 두 개의 상면판들을 포함하는 거푸집; 상기 상면판들에 각각 위치하는 가이드부재들; 상기 가이드부재를 상기 상면판의 임의 위치에 고정시키는 가이드부재고정유닛; 서로 간격을 두고 상기 두 개의 가이드부재들에 걸쳐지며, 앵커볼트어셈블리가 임의의 위치에 지지되는 지지부재들; 및 상기 지지부재를 상기 가이드부재의 임의의 위치에 고정시키는 지지부재고정유닛;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 태양전지모듈을 지지하는 모듈지지구조물을 구성하는 콘크리트 기초블록을 시공시 앵커볼트들의 위치를 설정된 위치에 쉽고 정확하게 맞출수 있게 된다.
