SOUNDPROOF PANEL FRAME, SOUNDPROOF TUNNEL HAVING SOUNDPROOF PANEL FRAME AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SOUNDPROOF TUNNEL HAVING SOUNDPROOF
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel frame for reducing diffracted noise, a tunnel-type soundproof wall having the same, and a construction method of the tunnel-type soundproof wall, which improve construction performance by assembling a base frame coupled to a post and a cover frame for supporting a soundproof panel in a hook-type and fastening the base frame and the cover frame through fasteners, and prevents noise from leaking in the fixing part of the post and the soundproof panel. The soundproof panel frame for reducing diffracted noise, according to the present invention, comprises: a fixing frame (10) which is fixed to a post of the tunnel-type soundproof wall; a base frame (20) which is coupled to the fixing frame and supports a soundproof panel; a cover frame (30) which supports the soundproof panel and is fixed to one or more from the base frame and the fixing frame; and a porous sound absorbing cover (40) which has one or more sound absorbing holes (41) and is installed between the soundproof panels to absorb and reduce noise.
본 발명은 회절소음 저감형 방음패널 프레임과 이를 포함하는 터널형 방음벽 및 터널형 방음벽의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 지주에 결합되는 베이스 프레임과 투명판 등의 방음패널을 지지하는 덮개 프레임을 후크식으로 조립 및 체결구를 통해 체결하여 시공성을 향상하고 아울러 지주와 방음패널의 고정부분에서 소음의 누음을 막는 한편 소음을 흡음하여 차음과 흡음 2가지 기능이 가능하도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 회절소음 저감형 방음패널 프레임은, 터널형 방음벽의 지주에 고정되는 고정 프레임(10)과; 상기 고정 프레임에 결합되며 방음패널을 지지하는 베이스 프레임(20)과; 상기 방음패널을 지지하면서 상기 베이스 프레임과 고정 프레임 중 일측 이상에 고정되는 덮개 프레임(30)과; 하나 이상의 흡음공(41)이 구비된 구조이며, 상기 방음패널들 사이에 설치되어 소음을 흡음 감쇄하는 다공성의 흡음 커버(40)로 구성된다. 본 발명은 상기 흡음 커버 안에 흡음재(50)를 설치하여 소음을 흡음 감쇄한다. 본 발명에 의한 회절소음 저감형 방음패널 프레임이 적용된 터널형 방음벽 시공 방법은, 횡방향과 종방향의 지주를 통해 격자형의 골조를 설치하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계를 통해 설치된 골조의 지주에 회절소음 저감형 방음패널 프레임 및 방음패널을 설치하는 제2단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2단계는 상기 골조의 지주에 고정된 고정 프레임에 흡음 커버가 조립된 베이스 프레임을 고정하는 제2-1단계, 상기 베이스 프레임에 방음패널을 거치하는 제2-2단계, 상기 제2-2단계를 통해 거치된 이웃하는 방음패널들의 사이에 덮개 프레임을 덮으면서 상기 덮개 프레임을 상기 베이스 프레임과 고정 프레임 중 일측 이상에 고정하는 제2-3단계를 포함한다.
