STICKING STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION PANEL
According to the present invention, a structure of attaching a construction panel comprises: a frame having a plurality of construction panels bonded to a front surface thereof, and having a plurality of insertion holes formed on a side of a rear surface thereof at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction; a plurality of coupling members respectively installed in the frame just above the insertion holes at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction, and fixated to a wall surface to horizontally protrude towards the wall surface; a plurality of housings respectively installed in the wall surface at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction to face the insertion holes of the frame to correspond to the insertion holes; and pairs of right and left clamps each hinged by medium of a central axis bolt to be rotated in a vertical direction from left to right inside each of the housings, and each coupled to an external diameter of each of the coupling members while being rotated to a front side of the inside of each of the housings by the pressing force of the frame on a lower side of the right and left clamps such that the lower side closely fixates a thickness surface of the insertion holes while being pulled to a rear side of the inside of each of the housings by the pressing force of the frame. As such, a plurality of construction panels can accurately, stably, and fixedly be attached within a shorter period of time at a time without separate tools.
본 발명의 건축패널 부착 구조체는, 전면에 다수의 건축패널이 접착되며 후면 일측에 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 다수의 삽입구멍이 형성된 프레임과, 상기 삽입구멍의 바로 위쪽 프레임에 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 각각 설치되어 벽면을 향하도록 수평으로 돌출 고정된 다수의 결속부재와, 상기 프레임측 다수의 삽입구멍과 대응되게 마주하도록 벽면의 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 각각 설치되는 다수의 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내부 좌우측에 상하방향으로 회전가능케 중심축볼트를 매개로 힌지되어 그 하부가 상기 프레임의 미는 힘에 의해 하우징의 내부 뒷쪽으로 밀리면서 상기 삽입구멍의 두께면을 밀착 고정하도록 그 상부가 하부측 밀리는 힘에 의해 하우징의 내부 앞쪽으로 동시 회동되면서 상기 결속부재의 외경에 결속되는 좌우 한 쌍의 클램프로 구성되어 있으므로, 별도의 공구를 사용하지 않고 다수의 건축패널을 빠른 시간에 정확하고 안정적으로 견고하게 일거에 부착할 수 있는 것이다.

According to the present invention, a structure of attaching a construction panel comprises: a frame having a plurality of construction panels bonded to a front surface thereof, and having a plurality of insertion holes formed on a side of a rear surface thereof at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction; a plurality of coupling members respectively installed in the frame just above the insertion holes at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction, and fixated to a wall surface to horizontally protrude towards the wall surface; a plurality of housings respectively installed in the wall surface at regular distances therebetween in a vertical direction to face the insertion holes of the frame to correspond to the insertion holes; and pairs of right and left clamps each hinged by medium of a central axis bolt to be rotated in a vertical direction from left to right inside each of the housings, and each coupled to an external diameter of each of the coupling members while being rotated to a front side of the inside of each of the housings by the pressing force of the frame on a lower side of the right and left clamps such that the lower side closely fixates a thickness surface of the insertion holes while being pulled to a rear side of the inside of each of the housings by the pressing force of the frame. As such, a plurality of construction panels can accurately, stably, and fixedly be attached within a shorter period of time at a time without separate tools.
본 발명의 건축패널 부착 구조체는, 전면에 다수의 건축패널이 접착되며 후면 일측에 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 다수의 삽입구멍이 형성된 프레임과, 상기 삽입구멍의 바로 위쪽 프레임에 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 각각 설치되어 벽면을 향하도록 수평으로 돌출 고정된 다수의 결속부재와, 상기 프레임측 다수의 삽입구멍과 대응되게 마주하도록 벽면의 상하 일정한 거리를 두고 각각 설치되는 다수의 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내부 좌우측에 상하방향으로 회전가능케 중심축볼트를 매개로 힌지되어 그 하부가 상기 프레임의 미는 힘에 의해 하우징의 내부 뒷쪽으로 밀리면서 상기 삽입구멍의 두께면을 밀착 고정하도록 그 상부가 하부측 밀리는 힘에 의해 하우징의 내부 앞쪽으로 동시 회동되면서 상기 결속부재의 외경에 결속되는 좌우 한 쌍의 클램프로 구성되어 있으므로, 별도의 공구를 사용하지 않고 다수의 건축패널을 빠른 시간에 정확하고 안정적으로 견고하게 일거에 부착할 수 있는 것이다.
