The present invention relates to a structure to fixate a deck form, which can simply combine a light permanent form with high strength with a main bar or mold steel in concrete to improve constructability and reduce a construction period and construction costs. The structure to fixate a deck form of the present invention is to install a deck form used as a permanent form for a concrete structure, comprising: a deck form which comprises a base flat plate and a bump unit comprising a connecting unit formed in a plurality of rows in a longitudinal direction of the base flat plate to protrude from one side of the base flat plate at right angles to the base flat plate, and an expanding unit formed on one or both sides of the end unit of the connecting unit to protrude; and a fixing bar combined with the deck form in the widthwise direction of the deck form, whose one side is combined with the expanding unit to fixate the deck form and whose other side is combined with the main bar or the mold steel of the concrete structure.
본 발명은 강성이 강한 경량의 영구거푸집을 콘크리트 내의 주근이나 주형강재와 간단하게 결합할 수 있어 시공성 향상, 공기 단축 및 공사비 절감의 효과가 우수한 데크거푸집 고정 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크거푸집 고정 구조는 콘크리트 구조물의 영구거푸집으로 사용되는 데크거푸집을 설치하기 위한 것으로, 베이스평판 및 베이스평판 일측에 베이스평판의 길이 방향을 따라 복수 열로 돌출 형성되는 것으로 베이스평판 일측에 베이스평판과 수직 방향으로 돌출되는 연결부와 상기 연결부 단부에 일측 또는 양측으로 돌출 형성되는 확대부로 구성되는 돌기부로 구성되는 데크거푸집; 및 상기 데크거푸집에 데크거푸집의 폭 방향으로 결합되는 것으로 일측은 확대부와 결합되어 데크거푸집을 고정하고 타측은 콘크리트 구조물의 주근 또는 주형강재에 결합되는 고정바; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
