SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OF SLAB DECK
The present invention relates to a slab deck support device capable of firmly supporting a deck for a slab framework used for depositing concrete on a ceiling or a bottom in a building and easily removing the same. The slab deck support device installed below a slab deck installed at an upper end of a wall framework to support the deck comprises: a deck support bar supporting a lower portion of the deck, having a rotating recess providing a space in which a link member rotates in a longitudinal direction at both ends thereof, and having a locking pin hole penetrating through a wall of the rotating recess; a holder installed at an upper end of the wall framework; a fixed block detachably fixed to the holder and having a hinge fixing plate portion formed on one side of a lower portion thereof; a first link member having one end hinged to the hinge fixing plate portion of the fixed block and the other end to which a second link member is hinged, and having a locking pin hole formed in a middle portion thereof; the second link member having one end hinged to the first link member and the other end hinged to the deck support bar, and having a locking pin hole formed in a middle portion thereof to allow a locking pin penetrating through the lock pin hole to penetrate therethrough; and the locking pin fixed through the lock pin holes formed in the first and second link members and the deck.
본 발명은 건물 축조시 천장이나 바닥에 콘크리트를 타설하기 위한 슬래브 거푸집용 데크를 보다 견고하게 지지하되 쉽게 철거할 수 있게 한 슬래브 데크 지지장치에 관한 것으로, 벽체거푸집의 상단에 설치되는 슬래브데크의 하부에 설치되어 데크를 지지하는 테크 지지장치로, 상기 데크의 하부를 지지하며, 양단에 상하 방향으로 링크부재가 회동되는 공간을 제공하는 회동홈이 형성되고, 상기 회동홈의 벽을 관통하여 록킹핀홀이 형성된 데크지지바; 벽체거푸집의 상단에 설치되는 거치대; 상기 거치대에 탈착 가능하게 고정되고, 하부 일측에 힌지고정판부이 형성된 고정블록; 일단은 상기 고정블록의 힌지고정판부에 힌지 고정되고, 타단에는 하기 제2링크부재가 힌지 고정되며, 중간에는 록킹핀홀이 형성된 제1링크부재; 일단은 상기 제1링크부재에 힌지 결합되고, 타단은 상기 데크지지바에 힌지 결합되며, 중간에는 상기 록킹핀홀을 관통한 록킹핀이 관통하는 록킹핀홀이 형성된 제2링크부재; 및 상기 제1, 제2링크부재와 데크에 형성된 록킹핀홀을 관통하여 고정되는 록킹핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 건물 축조시 천장이나 바닥에 콘크리트를 타설하기 위한 슬래브 거푸집용 데크를 보다 견고하게 지지하되 쉽게 철거할 수 있게 한 슬래브 데크 지지장치에 관한 것으로, 벽체거푸집의 상단에 설치되는 슬래브데크의 하부에 설치되어 데크를 지지하는 테크 지지장치로, 상기 데크의 하부를 지지하며, 양단에 상하 방향으로 링크부재가 회동되는 공간을 제공하는 회동홈이 형성되고, 상기 회동홈의 벽을 관통하여 록킹핀홀이 형성된 데크지지바; 벽체거푸집의 상단에 설치되는 거치대; 상기 거치대에 탈착 가능하게 고정되고, 하부 일측에 힌지고정판부이 형성된 고정블록; 일단은 상기 고정블록의 힌지고정판부에 힌지 고정되고, 타단에는 하기 제2링크부재가 힌지 고정되며, 중간에는 록킹핀홀이 형성된 제1링크부재; 일단은 상기 제1링크부재에 힌지 결합되고, 타단은 상기 데크지지바에 힌지 결합되며, 중간에는 상기 록킹핀홀을 관통한 록킹핀이 관통하는 록킹핀홀이 형성된 제2링크부재; 및 상기 제1, 제2링크부재와 데크에 형성된 록킹핀홀을 관통하여 고정되는 록킹핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
