THERMAL RESISTANCE INSULATOR UTILIZING MUSHROOM MYCELIUM AND MANUFACTURE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a heat-resistant insulator having excellent performance such as heat resistance and insulation properties formed by utilizing mushroom mycelium. A medium of dead leaves middlings dumped as waste or a mixture of the dead leaves and sawdust is introduced, and mushroom mycelium having a good productive rate is grown within a mold for a medium, or waste medium middlings separately pulverized from a waste medium of a king oyster mushroom are entangled with the king oyster mushroom mycelium additionally grown in the mold for a medium on the whole; thereby manufacturing a heat-resisant insulator which is environmentally friendly, and is biodegradable in a natural state as a substitute for a foamed resin such as Styrofoam. The heat-resistant insulator is manufactured to have a performance similar or superior to that of Styrofoam in terms of heat resistance, insulating properties, durability (pressure resistance), and gas molecule adsorbability.
본 발명은 버섯균사체를 활용하여서 내열성과 단열성 등의 성능이 우수한 내열단열재에 관한 것으로서, 쓰레기로 버리지는 낙엽분쇄물이나 그 낙엽분쇄물 및 톱밥의 혼합물의 배지를 투입하고 배지용 성형틀 내에서 번식력이 좋은 버섯균사체를 생장시키거나 새송이버섯의 폐배지에서 분리 분쇄한 폐배지 분쇄물을 배지용 성형틀내에서 새송이 버섯균사체를 추가 생장시켜서 전체적으로 엉키게 함으로써 스티로폼과 같은 발포수지의 대용품으로서 환경친화적이고 자연상태에서 생분해 가능한 내열 단열재를 제조하되, 내열성과 단열성, 내구성(내압력성), 기체분자 흡착성 측면에서 스티로폼과 성능이 비슷하거나 오히려 더 우수하도록 제조한 것이다.
