HIGH PRESSURED GROUTING INJECTOR
The present invention relates to a high pressure grouting injecting device capable of performing a ground reinforcing function and a cutoff function in a wide area by widening a gap of ground or an opening of soil and forming a guiding path in advance, wherein a medicinal fluid permeates in the guiding path. The high pressure grouting injecting device includes: a medicinal fluid injection pipe which is a vertically opened long pipe, wherein the medicinal fluid is discharged to the outside through the lower side of the medicinal fluid injection pipe after the medicinal fluid is injected to the hollow inside; a water injection pipe which is a long pipe with a lower end closed, wherein the water injection pipe is installed in the longitudinal direction in the medicinal fluid injection pipe at a lower diameter than the medicinal fluid injection pipe and water is injected into the hollow inside of the water injection pipe; multiple support bars wherein each one end is connected to the upper part of the outer circumference of the water injection pipe and each the other end is connected to the upper part of the inner circumference of the medicinal fluid injection pipe to be arranged in a radial form; multiple water spray pipes individually spraying the water injected into the water injection pipe to the outside of the medicinal fluid injection pipe, wherein each one end is connected to the lower part of the water injection pipe to be connected to the inside of the water injection pipe by passing through the water injection pipe and each the other end is arranged in the radial form by being connected to the lower part of the medicinal fluid injection pipe to be connected to the outside of the medicinal fluid injection pipe by passing through the medicinal fluid injection pipe; and multiple high pressure spray nozzles individually installed in the water spray pipe to spray the water sprayed from the water spray pipe at high pressure and providing a rotation force in order for the sprayed water to form a vortex.
본 발명은 토사의 공극이나 지반의 간극을 넓히면서 약액이 스며드는 유도경로를 미리 형성하여 지반강화 및 차수기능을 더욱 넓은 범위로 이루어낼 수 있는 고압분사 그라우팅 주입장치에 관한 것으로서, 상하 개구된 장형의 파이프로서 중공인 내부로 약액이 주입된 후 하방을 통해 상기 약액이 외부로 토출되는 약액주입관과, 하단이 폐쇄된 장형의 파이프로서 상기 약액주입관 보다 작은 직경으로 상기 약액주입관의 내부에 길이방향을 따라 설치되고, 중공인 내부로 물이 주입되는 물주입관과, 각각의 일단이 상기 물주입관의 외주면 상부에 결합되고, 각각의 타단이 상기 약액주입관의 내주면 상부에 결합되어 방사상으로 배치된 복수의 지지바와, 각각의 일단이 상기 물주입관을 관통하여 상기 물주입관의 내부와 연통되도록 상기 물주입관의 하부에 결합되고, 각각의 타단이 상기 약액주입관을 관통하여 상기 약액주입관의 외부와 연통되도록 상기 약액주입관의 하부에 결합되어 방사상으로 배치되며, 상기 물주입관의 내부에 주입된 물을 상기 약액주입관의 외부로 각각 분사하는 복수의 물분사관과, 상기 물분사관으로부터 분사되는 물이 고압으로 분사될 수 있도록 상기 물분사관에 각각 설치되고, 분사되는 상기 물이 소용돌이를 형성하도록 회전력을 제공하는 복수의 고압분사노즐을 포함하여 이루어진다.
