STONE MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY ON BUILDING WALL
The present invention relates to a bracket assembly for mounting stone. A bracket assembly of the present invention comprises: a support sleeve (10) inserted into an anchor bolt (B) by penetrating the same; a support bracket (20) installed outside the support slab (10) while having an L shape by comprising a vertical part (21) and a horizontal part (22); and a fixing piece (P) which is inserted to a long groove formed on an upper plane and a lower plane of a stone (3) respectively by upwardly and downwardly protruding from the support bracket (20) by being inserted into an elongated hole (22A) formed at one end of the horizontal part (22) of the support bracket (20) by penetrating the elongated hole (22A). The support sleeve (10) comprises: a cylindrical insertion part (11) where the anchor bolt (B) is inserted; and a pair of support parts (12) formed slantly at both sides along the length on the bottom of the insertion part (11). By the configuration mentioned above, the present invention can support the stone strongly by delivering weight of the stone applied to the anchor bolt to a wall, and can prevent the stone from being damaged even though a thinner stone than a stone used in an existing assembly is used.
본 발명은 석재 설치용 브래킷 조립체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 브래킷 조립체는, 상기 앵커볼트(B)에 관통 삽입되는 지지슬리브(10)와; 수직부(21)와 수평부(22)로 이루어져 "ㄴ"자 형상을 가지면서 상기 지지슬리브(10)의 외측에 설치되는 지지브래킷(20) 및; 상기 지지브래킷(20)의 수평부(22)의 일단에 형성된 장공(22A)에 관통 설치됨으로써 상기 지지브래킷(20)의 상하로 각각 돌출되어 석재(3)의 상면과 저면에 각각 형성된 장홈에 삽입되는 고정편(P)으로 이루어지고, 상기 지지슬리브(10)는 상기 앵커볼트(B)가 삽입되는 원통 형상의 삽입부(11)와; 상기 삽입부(11)의 저면에 길이를 따라 양측으로 경사지게 형성되는 한 쌍의 지지부(12)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 앵커볼트에 가해지는 석재의 하중을 벽체에 전달하여 석재를 강건하게 지지할 수 있으며, 또한 종래에 비해 두께가 얇은 석재를 사용하더라도 석재가 파손되는 것이 방지된다.

The present invention relates to a bracket assembly for mounting stone.
