LOCKING APPARATUS OF CONTAINER FOR TRAILER
The present invention relates to a container locking apparatus for a trailer, which automatically and manually connects and fixes a container to a trailer and improves stability by preventing the container from moving and being separated from the trailer. The container locking apparatus for a trailer comprises: an outer housing which has opening parts in one or more surfaces; an inner housing which is received in the outer housing and has one or more opening parts; an automatic operation unit which is received in the inner housing and is vertically moved; a locker which has a body part received in the automatic operation unit, a head part formed on the top end of the body part, a catching protrusion for limiting the upward movement of the body part, and an inducing part for inducing the rotation of the body part; an inner container which is received in the inner housing and receives a second elastic member and a part of the body part of the locker therein; a guide member which rotates the locker moved in a vertical direction; and a manual operation unit which has a locker extension part detachably coupled to the bottom end of the body part of the locker, a length adjusting part, and a lever protruding from one side of the length adjusting part to grip the length adjusting part.
본 발명은 컨테이너의 자중에 의해 록커를 동작하도록 하여 트레일러에 컨테이너를 자동 또는 수동으로 연결하여 고정시킬 수 있는 동시에 트레일러의 운행 중 컨테이너의 고정력 증대로 인한 유동 및 이탈을 방지하여 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 트레일러용 컨테이너의 록킹장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상부프레임에 장착되며, 적어도 일면에 개구부가 형성된 외부하우징; 상기 외부하우징의 내부에 이격 수용되며, 적어도 하나의 개구부가 형성된 중공관 형태의 내부하우징; 상기 내부하우징 내부에 수용되어 제1탄성부재와 상기 컨테이너의 하중에 의해 상하 이동하는 자동작동구; 상기 자동작동구의 중공부에 수용되어 제2탄성부재와 상기 자동작동구에 의해 상하 이동하는 원기둥 형태의 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 상단에 형성되어 회전각에 따라 상기 컨테이너의 결속구에 체결 또는 체결해제되는 헤드부와, 상기 몸체부의 둘레면 일측에 형성되어 상기 몸체부의 상방 이동을 제한하는 걸림돌기와, 상기 몸체부의 둘레면 타측에 형성되어 상기 자동작동구의 상하 이동에 연동하여 상기 몸체부의 회전을 유도하는 유도부를 포함하는 록커; 상기 내부하우징의 내부에 이격 수용되어 상기 제2탄성부재와 상기 록커의 몸체부 일부를 수용하는 중공관 형태의 내통; 끝단부가 상기 유도부에 결속되도록 상기 내통의 외측에서 내측 방향으로 착탈 가능하게 관통 결합되어 상하 이동하는 록커를 회전시키는 가이드부재; 및 상기 록커의 몸체부 하단에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 내부하우징의 중공부 하방으로 연장 형성되는 록커연장부와, 상기 록커연장부의 길이방향을 따라 소정 위치에 가변적으로 결합되는 길이조절부와, 상기 길이조절부의 일측에서 파지 가능하도록 돌출 형성되는 레버를 포함하는 수동작동구;를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

본 발명은 컨테이너의 자중에 의해 록커를 동작하도록 하여 트레일러에 컨테이너를 자동 또는 수동으로 연결하여 고정시킬 수 있는 동시에 트레일러의 운행 중 컨테이너의 고정력 증대로 인한 유동 및 이탈을 방지하여 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있는 트레일러용 컨테이너의 록킹장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 상부프레임에 장착되며, 적어도 일면에 개구부가 형성된 외부하우징; 상기 외부하우징의 내부에 이격 수용되며, 적어도 하나의 개구부가 형성된 중공관 형태의 내부하우징; 상기 내부하우징 내부에 수용되어 제1탄성부재와 상기 컨테이너의 하중에 의해 상하 이동하는 자동작동구; 상기 자동작동구의 중공부에 수용되어 제2탄성부재와 상기 자동작동구에 의해 상하 이동하는 원기둥 형태의 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 상단에 형성되어 회전각에 따라 상기 컨테이너의 결속구에 체결 또는 체결해제되는 헤드부와, 상기 몸체부의 둘레면 일측에 형성되어 상기 몸체부의 상방 이동을 제한하는 걸림돌기와, 상기 몸체부의 둘레면 타측에 형성되어 상기 자동작동구의 상하 이동에 연동하여 상기 몸체부의 회전을 유도하는 유도부를 포함하는 록커; 상기 내부하우징의 내부에 이격 수용되어 상기 제2탄성부재와 상기 록커의 몸체부 일부를 수용하는 중공관 형태의 내통; 끝단부가 상기 유도부에 결속되도록 상기 내통의 외측에서 내측 방향으로 착탈 가능하게 관통 결합되어 상하 이동하는 록커를 회전시키는 가이드부재; 및 상기 록커의 몸체부 하단에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 내부하우징의 중공부 하방으로 연장 형성되는 록커연장부와, 상기 록커연장부의 길이방향을 따라 소정 위치에 가변적으로 결합되는 길이조절부와, 상기 길이조절부의 일측에서 파지 가능하도록 돌출 형성되는 레버를 포함하는 수동작동구;를 포함하는 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
