COMPLEX WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a rooftop waterproofing method using a quickly drying complex material including carbon fiber in the composition of MMA resin etc., comprising the steps of: (a) removing contaminants from a surface to be waterproofed and curing a first application layer; (b) conducting a handy operation on the surface cured in step (a); (c) applying a main waterproofing layer to the surface cured in step (b); (d) forming an anti-slip layer on the main waterproofing layer applied in step (c); and (e) forming a protective film on the anti-slip layer formed in step (d). Step (a) and step (c) are conducted using coating liquid including any one resin composition among methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin, urethane resin, epoxy resin and amide resin, and any one reinforcing fiber among carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber, metallic fiber and silica fiber. Therefore, the complex waterproofing can realize the function of reinforcing rods in concrete.
MMA수지 외의 조성물에 탄소 섬유 등을 포함하는 속건형 복합소재 옥상방수 시공방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 시공 대상 하지면의 오염물을 제거하고 제1 도포층을 보양하는 단계, (b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 보양된 하지면 상에 보수용 핸디(handy) 작업을 실행하는 단계, (c) 상기 단계 (b)에서 보양된 하지면 상에 주 방수층을 시공하는 단계, (d) 상기 단계 (c)에서 시공된 주 방수층 상에 미끄럼 방지층을 형성하는 단계, (e) 상기 단계 (d)에서 형성된 미끄럼 방지층 상에 보호막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계 (a) 및 (c)는 MMA(Methyl Methacrylate) 수지계, 우레탄 수지계, 에폭시 수지계, 아미드 수지계 중의 어느 하나의 수지 조성물과 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 현무암 섬유, 금속섬유, 실리카 섬유 중의 어느 하나의 강화 섬유를 포함하는 도포액에 의해 실행되는 구성을 마련하여, 복합방수 시공으로 콘크리트 속의 철근이 하는 기능을 실현할 수 있다.
