MULTILAYER COATING WITH PREVENTING NEUTRALIZATION OF CONCRETE FOR SURFACE OF CONCRETE AND METHOD FOR SUFACE COATING OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a multilayer coating film for coating a surface of a concrete structure, and a method for coating a surface of a concrete structure to form the same. The multilayer coating film for coating a surface of a concrete structure comprises: an epoxy primer layer including a clay particle of which a surface is modified with a hydrophilic substituent and a hydrophilic hollow particle; a surface preparation material for flattening a surface of a concrete bottom while performing hydration with moisture existing in concrete through the hydrophilic hollow particle on an upper portion of the primer layer, and comprising a water soluble epoxy resin, a hardener, and cement powder; and a solventless epoxy waterproof layer including 3 to 30 wt% of a liquid rubber elastomer with respect to the sum of an epoxy resin and the liquid rubber elastomer on the surface preparation material. The present invention can solve a problem of occurring phenomena such as bad attachment, water pocket, breaking, or the like that an existing waterproof material has in a case of high moisture content of concrete.
본 발명은 친수성 치환기로 표면개질된 점토 입자와, 친수성 중공입자를 포함하는 에폭시 프라이머층; 상기 프라이머층 상부에 상기 친수성 중공입자를 통하여 콘크리트에 존재하는 수분과 수화 반응을 하며 콘크리트 바닥 표면을 평평하게 하는, 수용성 에폭시 수지와 경화제 및 시멘트 파우더로 이루어지는 바탕조정재층; 및 상기 바탕조정재층 위에 에폭시 수지와 액상고무 엘라스토머의 합을 기준으로 액상 고무 엘라스토머를 3 내지 30 중량% 포함하는 무용제 에폭시 방수층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 표면 도장용 다층 도막 및 이를 형성하기 위한 콘크리트 구조물의 표면 도장공법에 관한 것이다.
