The present invention provides a lower cage fixing device for a gang form, which is to prevent a lower cage of a hanging scaffold form, which is fixed to an upper cage of a gang form for a facing and finishing work by a bolt, and a walk plate from being shaken or separated due to a work load or a wind load in the gang form used as a mold for construction of a high-rise building and an outer wall of a building. The lower cage fixing device for a gang form includes: a first fixing unit fixed to a tie for maintaining intervals of a mold or an L-anchor embedded into a concrete outer wall; a second fixing unit fixed to the lower cage; a fixing pin connecting the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit; and a connection member wherein one end is fixed to the fixing pin and the other end is connected to a pulling ring. The pulling ring is performed as a lifting safety device for preventing a gang form from falling down and conveniently releases the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit in a gang form lifting work.
본 발명은 고층 아파트 및 빌딩의 외벽시공용 거푸집으로 사용되는 갱폼에 있어서 제물치장 마감작업을 위해 상기 갱폼의 상부 케이지에 볼트 고정되는 달비계 형식의 하부케이지 및 작업발판이 작업하중 또는 풍하중에 의해 흔들리거나 탈락하는 것을 방지하기 위해, 콘크리트 외벽에 매립되어 있는 L앙카 또는 거푸집 간격 유지용 타이에 고정되는 제1고정부;와 상기 하부케이지에 고정되는 제2고정부;와 상기 제1고정부와 제2고정부를 연결하는 고정핀;과 일단은 상기 고정핀에 연결되고, 타단은 당김고리를 연결하는 연결재;및 상기 당김고리를 갱폼의 추락방지용 인양 안전장치로 하여 갱폼인양 작업시 상기 제1고정부와 제2고정부를 간편하게 해체할 수 있는 갱폼의 하부 케이지 고정장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
