REINFORCING APPARATUS FOR HORIZONTAL BEAM OF EARTH RETAINING WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EARTH RETAINING WALL USING SUCH APPARATUS

Abstract

The present invention relates to a waling reinforcing apparatus using a steel beam, a waling assembly having the same, and a construction method of an earth retaining wall using the same which can increase hardness of waling to widen a gap between struts to easily secure work space by installing a waling reinforcing apparatus which can give a tensile force in a horizontal direction to a front surface of the waling by a steel beam. According to the present invention, the waling reinforcing apparatus using a steel beam comprises: a pair of mounting blocks (10) mounted and installed on waling (2), wherein an end of a strut (3) is integratively assembled and mounted on a front thereof; and a steel beam (11) horizontally arranged in parallel with the waling (2). The mounting blocks (10) each comprises an I-shaped beam body having an upper and a lower flange (101, 102) and a web (103). A front end plate (104) is disposed on a front end of the beam body, and the end of the strut (3) is assembled and mounted on the front end plate (104). A rear end plate (105) is disposed on a rear end of the beam body, has a wider area than the front end plate (104), and is tightly attached to the waling (2) to be assembled and mounted on the waling (2) to reinforce hardness of the waling (2) which resists a bending moment by an earth pressure by introducing a tensile force by the steel beam. Moreover, a waling assembly and a construction method of an earth retaining wall having the waling reinforcing apparatus are provided.

본 발명은 띠장의 전면에 강봉에 의해 수평방향으로의 긴장력을 부여할 수 있는 띠장 보강장치를 설치함으로써, 띠장의 강성을 증가시켜 버팀보 사이의 간격을 넓혀서 작업 공간의 확보가 용이하도록 하는 강봉을 이용한 띠장 보강장치, 이를 구비한 띠장 조립체 및 토류벽 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 띠장에 결합 설치되며 전방으로는 버팀보(3)의 단부가 일체로 조립 결합되는 한 쌍의 결합블록(10)과, 띠장(2)과 나란하도록 수평하게 배치되는 강봉(11)을 포함하며; 각각의 결합블록(10)은 상,하 플랜지(101, 102)와 웨브(103)로 이루어진 I형 단면의 빔 본체로 구성되고, 빔 본체의 전방 단부에는 버팀보(3)의 단부가 조립 결합되는 전방단부판(104)이 구비되어 있으며, 빔부재의 후방 단부에는 전방단부판(104)보다 더 넓은 면적을 가지며 띠장(2)에 밀착되어 띠장(2)에 조립 결합되는 후방단부판(105)이 구비되어 있는 구성을 가지고 있어서, 강봉(11)에 의한 긴장력의 도입에 의해, 토압으로 인한 휨모멘트에 저항하는 띠장(2)의 강성이 보강되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 띠장 보강장치가 제공되며, 더 나아가 이를 구비한 띠장 조립체 및 토류벽 시공방법이 제공된다.
