BOTH SURFACE LIGHTING TYPE ROAD TRAFFIC SIGN DEVICE
Provided is a both sides lighting type road traffic sign device, capable of improving visibility of a driver and a passenger by providing light provided from a light emitting source to a display unit on both sides and preventing overheating and thermal load of the light emitting source by smoothly discharging heat, which is generated when the light emitting source emits light, to the outside. The both sides lighting type road traffic sign device includes: a main body unit including first and second light guiding plates laminated by at least a reflection sheet and a first and second display units laminated on each outer surface of the first and second light guiding plates; a lighting unit providing an illumination to the main body unit by having a substrate and multiple LEDs generating light by being mounted on the substrate to radiate the light refracted by reflection surfaces on both sides of the reflection sheet to the display unit, wherein edges on both sides of the substrate are assembled to a substrate assembly groove formed to be concave on the inner surfaces of the first and second light guiding plates facing each other; and a frame unit enclosing and fixing a whole outer edge of the main body unit. The frame unit includes: a radiating frame enclosing an outer edge in a partial area of the main body unit corresponding to the substrate and having a heat dissipating path formed as the inner surface of the radiating frame is in contact with the outer surface of the substrate by a heat radiating pad; and a fixing frame enclosing the outer edge in the rear area of the main body unit which does not correspond to the substrate.
양면 조명식 도로교통 표시장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은 적어도 하나의 반사시트를 매개로 하여 적층되는 제1,2도광판과, 상기 제1,2 도광판의 각 외측면에 적층되는 제1,2표지부를 구비하는 본체부 ; 상기 제1,2도광판이 서로 마주하는 내측면에 함몰형성된 기판 조립홈으로 양측 테두리가 조립되는 기판과, 상기 반사시트의 양측 굴절면에 굴절된 빛을 상기 표지부측으로 조사하도록 상기 기판에 탑재되어 전원인가시 빛을 발생시키는 복수개의 엘이디를 갖추어 상기 본체부에 조명을 제공하는 조명부 ; 상기 기판의 외면과 방열패드를 매개로 내면이 접하여 열방출경로를 형성하면서 상기 기판과 대응하는 본체부의 일부영역의 외측테두리를 감싸는 방열프레임과, 상기 기판과 대응하지 않는 본체부의 나머지 영역의 외측테두리를 감싸는 고정프레임을 갖추어 상기 본체부의 전체 외측테두리를 감싸 고정하는 프레임부 ; 를 포함한다.
