RECOVERY-TYPE DRILLING BIT FOR SUPPORTING TUNNEL
The present invention relates to a recovery-type boring bit for tunnel reinforcement, capable of easily collecting a boring bit by boring a reinforcement duct to be matched with the external diameter of a reinforcement pipe while reducing the external diameter of the boring bit to be matched with the internal diameter of the reinforcement duct after the completion of boring work in order to bore the reinforcement duct to insert the reinforcement pipe along an outer edge of a tunnel. According to the present invention, since a shaft is combined with a main bit by a bit connector, the main bit is rotated through normal rotation while reversing is allowed through reverse rotation to tow the main bit, thereby simplifying a combination structure. The present invention includes: a shaft providing an impact and rotational force; and a bit connector.
본 발명은 터널의 바깥쪽 둘레를 따라 보강관을 삽입하기 위한 보강관로를 천공함에 있어서 보강관의 외경에 부합되도록 보강관로를 천공하는 동시에, 천공작업이 완료된 후 천공비트의 외경을 보강관로의 내경에 부합되도록 축소시킴으로써 천공비트를 용이하게 회수할 수 있는 회수형 터널보강용 천공비트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 샤프트가 비트커넥터에 의해 메인비트와 결합됨에 따라 정회전을 통해 메인비트를 회전시키는 동시에 역회전을 통해 후진이 허용되어 메인비트를 견인하므로 결합구조를 단순화시킬 수 있다.
