The present invention provides an underground collecting well structure for a building which has a dual collecting well body unit, reduces an installation error in an installation space, and prevents damage to a collecting well by an error during an installation process. The underground collecting well structure for a building comprises: an outer collecting well body unit inserted and installed in an installation space of a bottom concrete area in which a reinforcing bar is installed and formed in a first internal space, wherein an upper portion thereof is opened; an inner collecting well body unit inserted and installed in the first internal space, in which a second internal space is formed; and a plurality of fixing units installed on the circumference of the outer collecting well body unit to be horizontally moved to the outside of the outer collecting well body unit and the first internal space, and mounted on an end of the reinforcing bar.
본 발명은 건축물 지하 집수정 구조를 제공한다. 상기 건축물 지하 집수정 구조는 철근이 배설되는 바닥 콘크리트 영역의 설치 공간에 섭입 설치되고, 제 1내부 공간에 형성되며, 상방이 개구되는 외측 집수정 몸체부와; 상기 제 1내부 공간에 삽입 설치되며, 제 2내부 공간이 형성되는 내측 집수정 몸체부; 및 상기 외측 집수정 몸체부의 둘레에서, 상기 외측 집수정 몸체부의 외측 및 상기 제 1내부 공간 측으로 수평 이동이 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 철근의 단부에 체결되는 다수의 고정부를 포함한다.
