LIGHT-WEIGHT FOAMED CONCRETE COMPOSITE FOR SECONDARY PRODUCTS AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE SECONDARY PRODUCTS USING THE SAME
Provided are a light-weight foamed concrete composite for concrete secondary products and a method for manufacturing the concrete secondary products using the same, capable of showing a high strength performance without an autoclave curing. The light-weight foamed concrete composite according to the present invention is composed by mixing a composition including 25-44 wt% of cement, 0.5-18 wt% of an admixture composed of at least one of fly ashes and ground granulated blast furnace slag, 0.5-3 wt% of a gypsum, 28-35 wt% of a fine aggregate, 17-22 wt% of water, and 4-5 wt% of enclosed type foam, with a foam reinforcing agent of 0.01-1.0 parts by weight as an extra with respect to total 100 parts by weight of the cement, the admixture, and the gypsum. The fine aggregate includes 30-40 parts by weight of heavy sand having a grain fineness distribution of 0.9-1.7 mm as crushed sand, and 60-70 parts by weight of fine sand having a grain fineness distribution of 0.9 mm or less. The enclosed type foam is manufactured by mixing 95-99 parts by weight of water and 1-5 parts by weight of an animal foaming agent.
본 발명은 「시멘트 25~44wt%, 플라이애시 및 고로슬래그 미분말 중 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어진 혼화재 0.5~18wt%, 석고 0.5~3wt%, 잔골재 28~35wt%, 물 17~22wt% 및 폐쇄형 기포 4~5wt%로 이루어진 조성물에 기포강화제가 상기 시멘트, 상기 혼화재 및 상기 석고의 총합 100중량부 대비 0.01~1.0중량부 외할로 혼합되어 이루어지되, 상기 잔골재는 부순모래로서 0.9~1.7㎜의 입도분포를 가지는 중사 30~40중량부 및 0.9㎜이하의 입도분포를 가지는 미사 60~70중량부로 구성되고, 상기 폐쇄형 기포는 물 95~99중량부 및 동물성 기포제 1~5중량부를 배합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 기포 콘크리트 조성물」 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 2차 제품 제조 방법을 제공한다.
