MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING AND REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURES, AND METHOD OF REPAIRING AND REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING THE SAME

Abstract

The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure and a method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same. The method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same includes steps of: finishing a cross-section until a damaged portion is not shown by chipping a surface to be constructed in a damaged concrete structure; coating the concrete surface with an alkaline restoration agent; and coating the surface coated with the alkaline restoring agent with mortar for repairing and reinforcing a cross-section of the concrete structure. The mortar composition for repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure and the method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using the same can stably complete a repairing and reinforcing work in a short time and maintain a repairing and reinforcing effect for a long period by increasing durability and adhesion strength in the repairing and reinforcing of a damaged portion of the deteriorated concrete structure, thereby being economical, suppressing contamination and a mold, and having excellent weather resistance, surface strength, water resistance, and freezing and melting resistance.

본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강용 모르타르 조성물, 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 보수 보강함에 있어 내구성과 접착 강도를 향상시켜 보수 보강 효과를 장기간 유지하는 동시에 단시간에 보수 보강 공사를 안정적으로 완료할 수 있어 경제성도 우수하고, 오염 발생과 곰팡이 균의 서식을 억제할 수 있으며, 내후성과 표면강도 및 내수성이 우수하고 동결 융해에 대한 저항성이 우수한 특징을 갖는 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 보강 공법을 제공한다.
