The present invention relates to a floor material to prevent noise between floors in an apartment house and, more specifically, relates to a floor material to prevent noise between floors in an apartment house which improves an effect of blocking noise between floors and a quality of indoor finishing as a lower baseboard of a wall in an inner space of the apartment house is constructed with the floor material without installing an additional baseboard. According to the present invention, the floor material to prevent noise between floors in an apartment house is able to obtain an effective effect of preventing the noise between the floors without changing a floor structure of the apartment house, and is able to reduce cooling and heating costs by having excellent effect of heat insulation and sound insulation. Also, there is no need of additionally constructing the baseboard, and the floor material is aesthetically beautiful by having excellent construction quality after construction. The floor material has a silicon lattice-shaped shock absorbing sheet (100) having a thickness of 2-3 mm to be placed on a surface of a floor slab formed of concrete, and includes a plurality of holes (110) formed in the lattice shape.
본 발명은 공동주택 층간 소음 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 공동주택의 실내 공간의 벽체 하단 걸레받이를 별도로 구비할 필요없이 바닥재와 함께 시공되게 하여 실내 마감 품질을 높이면서 층간 소음 차단 효과도 높인 공동주택 층간 소음 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 공동주택의 바닥구조 자체를 변경하지 않으면서 효과적인 층간 소음 방지효과를 얻을 수 있고, 단열 차열 차음효과가 뛰어나기 때문에 냉난방비용도 줄이되, 무엇보다도 걸레받이를 별도로 시공할 필요가 없고 시공 후에도 시공품질이 우수하여 미려한 외관을 제공하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
