STEEL BASED ROOF WATERPROOF SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a steel-based roof waterproof system applied to a rooftop having a slab forming a drainage hole in one side and a railing extended from the circumference of the slab in the vertical direction to cover the top of a building comprises: a first rooftop and a second rooftop separated apart by a specific distance to partition the top of the slab into two sections based on a center line formed in parallel with one surface of the railing and cover the top of the two sections, respectively, wherein the height from the center line to the railing gradually increases; a gutter formed along a space prepared by the specific distance between the first rooftop and the second rooftop to prevent inflow of moisture by surrounding the top surface of the slab together with the first rooftop and the second rooftop and having a drainage hole connected to the drainage hole; a foreign substance cover of which both ends are fixated in the top of the first rooftop and the second rooftop, respectively to cover openings of the gutter to filter out foreign substances except for water; an inner cover to cover a boundary between an inner surface of the railing and a part that the first rooftop and the second rooftop come in contact with each other; and a railing cover extended and curved downward from the part that the inner cover comes in contact with the top surface of the railing to cover a part of the top surface of the inner cover while covering the top surface of the railing.
건물의 상부를 커버하는 것으로 일 측에 배수구를 형성한 슬라브와 상기 슬라브의 둘레면에서 높이방향으로 절곡 연장된 난간을 갖는 옥상에 적용되는 스틸 방수 시스템에 있어서, 상기 슬라브의 상면을 상기 난간 일 면과 평행하게 형성된 중심선을 바탕으로 두 개의 바닥으로 구획하여 각각의 바닥 상부를 커버하되 상기 중심선으로부터 상기 난간까지 높이가 점차 높아지도록 형성되고, 서로 소폭 이격되도록 설치된 제 1, 2 지붕; 상기 제 1, 2 지붕 사이의 이격된 공간을 따라 형성되어 상기 제 1, 2 지붕과 함께 상기 슬라브의 상면을 둘러싸 수분의 유입을 방지하고, 상기 배수구와 연동된 배수공을 포함하는 물받이; 양 측부가 상기 제 1,2 지붕의 상부에 각각 거치 고정됨으로써 상기 물받이의 상측 개방 부위를 덮도록 형성되어, 물을 제외한 이물질이 상기 물받이로 유입되지 않도록 걸러내는 이물질커버; 상기 난간의 내측면과 상기 제 1,2 지붕이 각각 맞닿는 부위 상면의 경계부위를 덮는 내벽커버; 상기 난간의 상면을 덮되, 상기 내벽커버와 맞닿는 부분에서 하방으로 절곡 연장되어 상기 내벽커버의 상면 일부를 덮는 난간커버;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 옥상 스틸 방수 시스템.

The present invention relates to a steel-based roof waterproof system applied to a rooftop having a slab forming a drainage hole in one side and a railing extended from the circumference of the slab in the vertical direction to cover the top of a building comprises: a first rooftop and a second rooftop separated apart by a specific distance to partition the top of the slab into two sections based on a center line formed in parallel with one surface of the railing and cover the top of the two sections, respectively, wherein the height from the center line to the railing gradually increases; a gutter formed along a space prepared by the specific distance between the first rooftop and the second rooftop to prevent inflow of moisture by surrounding the top surface of the slab together with the first rooftop and the second rooftop and having a drainage hole connected to the drainage hole; a foreign substance cover of which both ends are fixated in the top of the first rooftop and the second rooftop, respectively to cover openings of the gutter to filter out foreign substances except for water; an inner cover to cover a boundary between an inner surface of the railing and a part that the first rooftop and the second rooftop come in contact with each other; and a railing cover extended and curved downward from the part that the inner cover comes in contact with the top surface of the railing to cover a part of the top surface of the inner cover while covering the top surface of the railing.
건물의 상부를 커버하는 것으로 일 측에 배수구를 형성한 슬라브와 상기 슬라브의 둘레면에서 높이방향으로 절곡 연장된 난간을 갖는 옥상에 적용되는 스틸 방수 시스템에 있어서, 상기 슬라브의 상면을 상기 난간 일 면과 평행하게 형성된 중심선을 바탕으로 두 개의 바닥으로 구획하여 각각의 바닥 상부를 커버하되 상기 중심선으로부터 상기 난간까지 높이가 점차 높아지도록 형성되고, 서로 소폭 이격되도록 설치된 제 1, 2 지붕; 상기 제 1, 2 지붕 사이의 이격된 공간을 따라 형성되어 상기 제 1, 2 지붕과 함께 상기 슬라브의 상면을 둘러싸 수분의 유입을 방지하고, 상기 배수구와 연동된 배수공을 포함하는 물받이; 양 측부가 상기 제 1,2 지붕의 상부에 각각 거치 고정됨으로써 상기 물받이의 상측 개방 부위를 덮도록 형성되어, 물을 제외한 이물질이 상기 물받이로 유입되지 않도록 걸러내는 이물질커버; 상기 난간의 내측면과 상기 제 1,2 지붕이 각각 맞닿는 부위 상면의 경계부위를 덮는 내벽커버; 상기 난간의 상면을 덮되, 상기 내벽커버와 맞닿는 부분에서 하방으로 절곡 연장되어 상기 내벽커버의 상면 일부를 덮는 난간커버;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 옥상 스틸 방수 시스템.
