NON-FLAMMABLE INSULATING MATERIAL COMPRISES LAMINATE STRUCTURES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a non-flammable insulating material including a laminate structure and to a method for producing the same. A non-flammable insulating material including a laminate structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an organic insulating material layer which has an organic insulating material represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2 and compressed and molded thereon to have an average diameter of 0.1 to 20 mm; and a fireproof layer laminated on one or more surfaces of the organic insulating material, wherein the fireproof layer includes 100 parts by weight of silicate and also includes 20 to 60 parts by weight of magnesium oxide (MgO), 6 to 30 parts by weight calcium oxide (CaO), and 20 to 80 parts by weight of a polyvinyl acetate resin on the basis of the silicate. (In chemical formula 1 or 2, R_1 and R_2 are C_1 to C_10 alkyl groups or H, R_3 is C_1 to C_13 alkyl groups or H, and n is an integer of 2 or more.)
본 발명은 적층구조를 포함하는 불연성 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 적층구조를 포함하는 불연성 단열재는 하기의 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표현되고 평균직경이 0.1 내지 20 mm인 유기 단열재가 압착성형된 유기 단열재층; 규산염(silicate) 100중량부 및 상기 규산염에 대하여 산화마그네슘(MgO) 20 내지 60 중량부, 산화칼슘(CaO) 6 내지 30 중량부 및 초산비닐수지 20 내지 80 중량부를 포함하는 방화층이 상기 유기 단열재층의 어느 일면 이상에 적층된 것일 수 있다.
