FLOOR DRAIN STRUCTURE OF APARTMENT BUILDING
The present invention relates to a floor drain structure of an apartment to process water on the floor of an apartment (parking lot, rooftop, etc.) by maximizing water containing capacity and preventing flooding of the floor of an apartment by rapidly draining out water by changing a drain in accordance with an amount of water. A floor drain structure of an apartment according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a drain duct (10) having left and right vertical units, a partitioning wall in the center, an upper layer drainage path (11) and a lower layer drainage path (12) separated by the partitioning wall and a bottom unit on the bottom and a through hole formed in the partitioning wall to connect the upper layer drainage path to the lower layer drainage path; a drain unit connected to at least one between the upper layer drainage path and lower layer drainage path to drain out waste water collected to the upper layer drainage path and lower layer drainage path to a sewage system; and a grating (20) coupled to an upper part of the drain duct to be able to be separated. The drain duct comprises: a plurality of duct bodies (130) including an ′H′-shaped cross section by the left and right vertical units and partitioning wall in the center and serially connected one another; a bottom plate (14) coupled to the bottom unit of the duct bodies to form the lower layer drainage path; and a socket (15) including a bottom support unit formed in an opened manner upward to support the bottom plate at the bottom and left and right support units extended from both sides of the bottom support unit to block a leakage by covering the left and right vertical units of the duct bodies from the outside and connect the duct bodies.
본 발명은 공동주택용 바닥 배수시설에 관한 것으로, 담수용량의 극대화를 통해 공동주택(주차장, 옥상 등) 바닥의 물을 처리하고, 물의 양에 따라 드레인의 변화를 주어 신속한 배수를 통해 공동주택 바닥의 침수를 방지함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 공동주택용 바닥 배수시설은, 좌우 수직부와 중앙의 격벽 및 저부의 바닥부에 의해 상기 격벽을 중심으로 하여 상층 배수로(11)와 하층 배수로(12)가 상하로 구획되고, 상기 격벽에 상기 상층 배수로와 하층 배수로를 연결하는 통공이 형성되는 배수 덕트(10)와; 상기 배수덕트의 상층 배수로와 하층 배수로 중 일측 이상에 연결되어 상층 배수로와 하층 배수로에 집수되는 오수를 하수계통으로 드레인하는 드레인부와; 상기 배수덕트의 상부에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 그레이팅(20)을 포함하고, 상기 배수덕트는 좌우 수직부와 중앙의 격벽에 의해 "H" 단면으로 이루어지며 연쇄적으로 연결되는 복수 이상의 덕트 본체(13), 상기 덕트 본체들의 저부에 결합되어 하층 배수로를 형성하는 바닥판(14), 상부를 향해 개방 형성되어 상기 바닥판을 저부에서 지지하는 바닥 지지부와 이 바닥 지지부의 양측에서 각각 상부로 연장 형성되어 상기 덕트 본체들의 좌우 수직부를 외부에서 덮어 누수를 차단하는 좌우 지지부로 이루어져 이웃하는 덕트 본체들을 연결하는 소켓(15)을 포함한다.
