본 발명은 가변형 스크류를 이용한 폐아스콘 재생장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 노후된 아스팔트 도로의 개보수시 현장에서 노후된 아스팔트 포장면을 파쇄하고, 파쇄된 폐아스콘을 첨가제와 함께 혼합하여 재생 아스콘을 생산하여 도로에 타설할 수 있도록 하고, 폐아스콘의 물성치에 따라 스크류의 각도를 자동으로 설정가능케함으로써 첨가제와의 혼합을 용이하게 이룰 수 있도록 가변형 스크류를 이용한 폐아스콘 재생장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 폐아스콘과 첨가제가 고온으로 혼합될 수 있도록 가열하는 가열수단이 구비된 폐아스콘 재생장치에 있어서, 이동식 소형장비의 일측에 위치하도록 설치되어 노후된 아스팔트 포장면을 파쇄하여 수용하는 파쇄부; 상기 파쇄부에 의해 파쇄되어 수용된 폐아스콘을 일측에서 타측방향으로 이송안내하는 이송안내부; 상기 이송안내부의 일측에 설치되어 그 이송안내부로 유입되는 폐아스콘의 물성치를 측정하는 물성치측정부; 내측에 설치된 가변형 스크류부재의 의해 상기 이송안내부로부터 이송된 폐아스콘을 일측에서 타측방향으로 이동시키면서 투입된 재생첨가제와 함께 교반하는 스크류교반부; 상기 물성치측정부를 통해 측정된 데이터를 수집하고, 수집된 정보를 토대로 상기 스크류부재의 회전속도를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a reclaimed asphalt regeneration apparatus using a variable screw, and more specifically, to a reclaimed asphalt regeneration apparatus using a variable screw, which crushes a decrepit asphalt pavement surface in the field during renovation of a decrepit asphalt road; generates the recycled asphalt by mixing the crushed reclaimed asphalt with an additive and then pours the recycled reclaimed asphalt onto the road; and facilitates mixture of the crushed reclaimed asphalt with the additive by allowing the automatic angle adjustment of the reclaimed asphalt in accordance with the material properties. In the reclaimed asphalt regeneration apparatus comprising a heating unit for performing heating in order for the reclaimed asphalt and the additive to be mixed at high temperatures, the reclaimed asphalt regeneration apparatus of the present invention includes: a crushing part which is installed to be located at one side of a portable compact equipment, and crushes the decrepit asphalt pavement and stores the crushed asphalt pavement; a transfer guide part which guides transfer of the reclaimed asphalt which is accommodated therein after being crushed by the crushing part from one side to the other side; a material properties measurement part which is installed at one side of the transfer guide part, and measures the material properties of the reclaimed asphalt inputted to the transfer guide part; a screw stirring part which stirs the reclaimed asphalt transferred from the transfer guide part by the variable screw member installed therein and the recycling additive together as moving the reclaimed asphalt from one side to the other side; and a control part which collects data measured by the material properties measurement part, and controls a rotation speed of the screw member on the basis of the collected information.
