The present invention relates to a wall constructing method capable of improving an insulation effect of an apartment house capable of remarkably reducing noise between adjoining house units in an apartment house of an officetel or a studio form by constructing an insulation layer having an insulation function and a sound-absorbing function with a concrete layer at the same time on inner and outer surfaces of each wall such as an outer wall, an inner wall facing a passage, a partition wall between the adjoining house units, and the like when constructing walls of an apartment house such as an officetel and providing the dual insulating function and the dual sound-absorbing function using the insulation layer. The wall constructing method includes: an inner mold preparation step; a mold installing step; an outer foaming insulation material input step, an insulation material curing step; an inner mold transferring step; a concrete placing step; an inner mold opening step; an inner foaming insulation material input step; a concrete and insulation material curing step; an inner mold cover separating step; and an outer mold separating step. The inner mold is composed of: a body including a first lateral surface, a second lateral surface and a third lateral surface perpendicularly connected to both ends of the first lateral surface, and a bottom surface connected to lower parts of the first, second, and the third lateral surfaces and having a partly open side and an open top surface and including a second lateral surface; a cover joined to the body to be separated while blocking the open side of the body from the outside and forming an insertion space of a charging material with the body; and a blocking tape joined to the body and the top of the cover separately and blocking the insertion space of the charging material from the outside formed by the body and the cover.

본 발명은 오피스텔 등 공동주택의 벽체 시공 과정에서 외부 벽체, 통로를 향하는 내부 벽체 및 이웃 세대 간 벽체 등 각 벽체의 내외면에 단열 및 흡음 기능의 단열층이 콘크리트층과 동시 시공될 수 있도록 하고 이를 통해 이중 단열 및 이중 흡음 기능을 제공하여 오피스텔이나 원룸 형태의 공동 주택에서는 이웃 세대 간 소음 현상이 현저히 줄어들 수 있도록 하는 공동주택의 단열 효과를 향상시킨 벽체 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서 내거푸집 마련공정, 거푸집 시공공정, 외측 발포성 단열재 투입공정, 단열재 양생공정, 내거푸집 이동공정, 콘크리트 타설공정, 내거푸집 개방공정, 내측 발포성 단열재 투입공정, 콘크리트 및 단열재 양생공정, 내거푸집 커버 분리공정, 외거푸집 해체공정을 포함하여 구성되고, 내거푸집은 제1 측면 및 제1 측면의 좌우 양단에 직각을 이루며 연결되는 제2 측면 및 제3 측면 그리고 제1 내지 제3 측면의 하단과 연결되는 바닥면을 포함하여 측방의 일측 및 상부가 개방되는 본체, 본체의 개방된 일 측방을 외부로부터 차단하는 상태로 본체에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 본체와 함께 충전재료의 삽입공간을 형성하는 커버, 본체 및 커버의 상단에 각각 결합되어 본체 및 커버를 통해 형성되는 충전재료의 삽입공간을 외부로부터 차단하는 막음 테이프를 포함하여 구성된다.
