STRUCTURE OF WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION FOR ROOFTOP OF BUILDING

The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for a rooftop of a building. The waterproof structure for a rooftop of a building comprises: a concrete layer which forms a rooftop layer; a first waterproof layer which is formed on the bottom end of the concrete layer; a second waterproof layer which is formed on the top end of the concrete layer; and a rooftop waterproof part which is installed on the top end of the second waterproof layer to be opened and closed through the rotation thereof. Therefore, the present invention enables the replacement of a waterproof member and an insulation member.

본 발명은 건축물 옥상 방수 구조를 설명한다. 상기 건축물 옥상 방수 구조는 옥상층을 이루는 콘크리트 층과; 상기 콘트리트 층의 하단에 형성되는 제 1방수층과; 상기 콘크리트 층의 상단에 형성되는 제 2방수층; 및 상기 제 2방수층의 상단에 회전 개폐 가능하도록 설치되는 옥상 방수부를 포함한다.
