A COMPOSITE OF COLORED MORTAR
The present invention relates to a colored mortar composition comprising a white cement, an inorganic pigment, and fine aggregates and, more particularly, to a colored mortar composition additionally comprising blast furnace slag fine powder and cellulose ether. The colored mortar composition reduces a phenomenon of whitening which is generated after construction by having lower CaO content in comparison to a conventional white cement, thereby having excellent color expression. Also, by mixing in cellulose ether, the colored mortar composition fills openings by forming a 3D network through immersing a polymer when manufacturing concrete, and suppresses generation of surface flow of soluble components, thereby enhancing color expression. In addition, the colored mortar composition can continuously maintain expressed colors under changes of the external environment.
백색 시멘트, 무기질 안료 및 잔골재를 포함하는 컬러 몰탈 조성물에 있어서, 고로슬래그미분말 및 셀룰로오스 에테르를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 몰탈 조성물로 기존의 백색시멘트에 비하여 CaO 성분이 낮아 시공 후 발생하는 백화현상이 줄어 색상발현성이 우수한 품질의 컬러 몰탈을 얻을 수 있고, 또한, 셀룰로오스 에테르를 혼입함으로써 콘크리트 제조시 폴리머 함침에 의한 3D 네트를 형성하여 공극을 채움으로 가용성분의 표면유출발생을 억제하여 색상발현을 증가시키며, 발현 색상이 외부환경 변화에도 계속적으로 유지 할 수 있다.
