The present invention relates to an inter-floor vertical pipe installation structure with fireproof filler inserted thereinto. The inter-floor vertical pipe installation structure has a penetration sleeve embedded in a slab, is inserted to penetrate the penetration sleeve to install a vertical pipe, and comprises: an insertion member mounted to enclose an outer circumferential surface of the vertical pipe and inserted into the penetration sleeve; fireproof filler inserted around the insertion member and installed to be positioned between the vertical pipe and the sleeve; and a clamp to fix the vertical pipe enclosed by the insertion member in a vertically erected state. The insertion member forms a blocking vane protruding laterally from a lower end of a pipe mounted to enclose an outer circumference of the vertical pipe to block a space between the lower end of the penetration sleeve and the vertical pipe to finish a ceiling of a lower floor to prevent the inside of the sleeve from being exposed to the outside to prevent the inside of the sleeve from being exposed to the lower floor and finish the ceiling of the lower floor simply by inserting the fireproof filler and fixing the vertical pipe from an upper floor.
본 발명은 내화충진재가 삽입되는 층간 입상배관 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 슬래브에 관통슬리브가 매립되고, 관통슬리브를 관통하게 끼워져 입상배관이 시공되는 층간 입상배관 시공구조에 있어서, 상기 입상배관의 외주면을 감싸도록 장착되고 관통슬리브에 삽입되는 삽입부재와, 상기 삽입부재의 둘레를 따라서 끼워져 입상배관과 슬리브 사이에 위치하도록 시공되는 내화충진재와, 상기 삽입부재가 감싸여진 입상배관이 수직으로 직립된 상태로 고정되도록 하기 위한 클램프를 포함하여 구성되도록 하고, 상기 삽입부재는 입상배관의 외주연을 감싸게 장착되는 관체의 하단부에 측면으로 돌출되게 차단날개를 형성하여 관통슬리브 하단과 입상배관의 이격된 공간을 차단함으로써 슬리브 내부가 외부로 노출되지 않게 하층부의 천정을 마감할 수 있게 하여 상층부에서 내화충진재를 삽입하고 입상배관을 고정하는 작업만으로 하층부에서 관통슬리브 내부가 노출되지 않고 하층부의 천정 마감이 이루어지도록 한 것이다.
