PATCHING REPAIR MATERIAL AND REPAIRING METHOD OF DETERIORATED REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
Disclosed is a composition of a section restoration material to repair a degraded ferroconcrete structure, wherein the composition comprises: 72-75 wt% of cements; 5-8 wt% of silica fume; 7-9 wt% of crystallized glass consisting of 50-55 parts by weight of silicon dioxide, 32-37 parts by weight of alumina, 3-4 parts by weight of potassium oxide, and 1.5-2 parts by weight of ferric oxide; 6-7 wt% of artificial lightweight aggregates; 3-4 wt% of magnesium oxide; 0.2-0.5 wt% of carbon nanotubes; 0.25-1 wt% of sodium silicate; 0.75-1 wt% of expansion agents consisting of 45-55 parts by weight of calcium oxide, 24-28 parts by weight of sulfur trioxide, 10-15 parts by weight alumina, and 1-2 parts by weight of silicon dioxide; 0.2-0.4 wt% of shrinkage reducing agent consisting of 1-40 parts by weight of acrylic polymer compound, 0.5-30 parts by weight of nitrate compound, and 1-50 parts by weight of glucose compound with respect to 100 parts by weight of an aqueous solution consisting of 3-20 wt% of fluorosilicate salt consisting of one of fluorosilicate magnesium and fluorosilicate zinc or a combination thereof, 5-30 wt% of silica, and 70-92 wt% of water; and 0.2-1.5 wt% of anti-rust agent. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composition for a section restoration material has low thermal conductivity; thereby improving thermal insulating performance, and having a low temperature derivation, thus increasing resistivity for a temperature change and a humidity change.
본 발명에서는 시멘트 72~75중량%; 실리카흄 5~8중량%; 이산화규소 50~55중량부, 알루미나 32~37중량부, 산화칼륨 3~4중량부, 산화칼슘2~3중량부, 산화제2철1.5~2중량부로 이루어진 결정화 유리 7~9중량%; 인공경량골재 6~7중량%; 산화마그네슘 3~4중량%; 탄소나노튜브 0.2~0.5중량%; 규산나트륨 0.25~1중량%; 산화칼슘 45~55중량부, 삼산화황 24~28중량부, 알루미나 10~15중량부, 이산화규소 1~2중량부로 이루어진 팽창제 0.75~1중량%; 규불화마그네슘과 규불화아연 중 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘의 조합으로 이루어진 규불화염 3~20중량%와 실리카 5~30중량%와 물 70~92중량%로 이루어지는 수용액 100중량부에 대하여 아크릴계 고분자 화합물 1~40중량부, 질산염계 화합물 0.5~30중량부, 클루코스 화합물 1~50중량부로 조성되는 수축저감제 0.2~0.4중량%; 방청제 0.2~1.5중량%를 포함하는 열화 철근콘크리트 구조물 보수용 단면복구재 조성물을 개시한다.
