The present invention relates to a corner bead for an apartment house which is able precisely correct verticalness of a corner bead. The corner bead for the apartment house comprises: an upper fixing body (30, 40) and a lower fixing body (50, 60) installed in an upper and a lower portion of the wall surfaces (20, 22) on both sides merging with each other on an angle; an upper rotary roller (32, 42) and a lower rotary roller (52, 62) mounted on the upper fixing body (30, 40) and the lower fixing body (50, 60) to be rotated, and provided with laterally penetrated guide holes (32h, 42h); tap holes (32t, 42t) penetrated to the guide holes (32h, 42h) from the outer surfaces of the upper rotary roller (32, 42) and the lower rotary roller (52, 62); an upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and a lower adjustment bar (54, 64) inserted into the guide holes (32h, 42h) to slide; set bolts (36, 46, 56, 66) mounted in the tap holes (32t, 42t) to fixate the upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and the lower adjustment bar (54, 64); elastic clips (38, 48, 58, 68) of an opened loop shape installed in the ends of the upper adjustment bar (34, 44) and the lower adjustment bar (54, 64); and a bead bar (70) provided with clip stoppage grooves (72, 74) formed on an upper and a lower portion thereof, into which the elastic clips (38, 48, 58, 68) are inserted, and installed and separated from a corner (24) where the wall surfaces (20, 22) merge.
본 발명은 코너비드의 수직을 정밀하게 보정할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 코너비드에 관한 것으로, 서로 각을 이루면서 만나는 양쪽 벽면(20)(22)의 상하부에 각각 설치되는 상부고정체(30)(40)와 하부고정체(50)(60); 상부고정체(30)(40)와 하부고정체(50)(60)에 각각 결합되어 회전되고, 측방향으로 관통된 가이드홀(32h)(42h)을 갖는 상부회전롤러(32)(42)와 하부회전롤러(52)(62); 상부회전롤러(32)(42)와 하부회전롤러(52)(62)의 외측면으로부터 가이드홀(32h)(42h)로 각각 관통되는 탭구멍(32t)(42t); 가이드홀(32h)(42h)에 삽입되어 미끄러지는 상부조정봉(34)(44)과 하부조정봉(54)(64); 탭구멍(32t)(42t)에 각각 결합되어 상부조정봉(34)(44)과 하부조정봉(54)(64)을 고정하는 세트볼트(36)(46)(56)(66); 상부조정봉(34)(44)과 하부조정봉(54)(64)의 단부에 각각 설치되는 열린 고리 형태의 탄성클립(38)(48)(58)(68); 및 탄성클립(38)(48)(58)(68)이 끼워지는 클립걸림홈(72)(74)이 상하부에 형성되고, 벽면(20)(22)이 만나는 모서리(24)로부터 이격되게 설치되는 비드봉(70)을 포함한다.
