MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITION FOR SCULPTURE USING CHAMAECYPARIS OBTUSA POWDER AND BIO LOESS POWDER
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a composition for a sculpture using chamaecyparis obtusa powders and bio loess powders. More specifically, the method includes a loess powder mixing step, a seaweed juice mixing step, a forming step, and a drying step. The loess powder mixing step is to mix first loess powders having particle sizes in the range of 0.000005 to 0.001 mm and second loess powders having particle sizes in the range of 0.005 to 0.1 mm, the first loess powders and the second loess powders having mutually different particle size regions. The chamaecyparis obtusa mixing step is to mix chamaecyparis obtusa powders with the mixture prepared through the loess powder mixing step. The seaweed juice mixing step is to mix seaweed juice with the mixture prepared through the chamaecyparis obtusa mixing step. The molding step is to mold the mixture having the seaweed juice and made through the seaweed juice mixing step. The drying step is to dry the sculpture molded through the molding step. The composition prepared through the above steps emits materials, such as far infrared ray or negative ions, advantageous to a human body, and a functional ingredient of chamaecyparis obtusa, and represents excellent durability and mechanical strength. Accordingly, the composition is applicable for various products and industrial fields.
본 발명은 편백분말 및 생황토 분말을 이용한 조형물용 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 입자크기가 서로 다른 영역대인 0.000005 내지 0.001 밀리미터인 제1황토분말과 입자크기가 0.005 내지 0.1 밀리미터인 제2황토분말을 혼합하는 황토분말혼합단계, 상기 황토분말혼합단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물에 편백분말을 혼합하는 편백분말혼합단계, 상기 편백분말혼합단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물에 해초류진액을 혼합하는 해초류진액혼합단계, 상기 해초류진액혼합단계를 통해 해초류 진액이 혼합된 혼합물을 성형하는 성형단계 및 상기 성형단계를 통해 성형된 조형물을 건조하는 건조단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조된 조성물은 원적외선이나 음이온 등과 같이 인체에 유익한 물질이 방출되며, 편백의 기능성 성분이 발산되고, 우수한 내수성 및 기계적 강도를 나타내기 때문에, 다양한 제품 및 산업에 적용할 수 있다.
