COMPOSITE UNIT MODULAR USING ENGINEERED LUMBER AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a composite module using engineered lumber and a construction method, which are eco-friendly and advantageous in fire-resistance performance and resistance to lateral force in stacking and connecting a module unit to a middle and high storied modular building, wherein the composite module using engineered lumber is made by manufacturing the module unit in a box body type in which studs and tracks made of the engineering lumber and lightweight foamed concrete are synthesized. The lightweight foamed concrete is formed between the studs installed on upper sides of the tracks such that vertical panels capable of reducing self-weight can be formed. Lightweight concrete is formed between studs adjacent for playing a role of a corner for lateral force reinforcement and a middle vertical column unit in the corner parts where the vertical panels are connected to each other, and among the vertical panels.
중고층 모듈러 건축물에 모듈 유닛을 적층 연결시켜 시공함에 있어서 친환경적이면서도 내화성능과 횡력 저항에 유리한 공학용 목재를 이용한 복합모듈러 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 공학용 목재를 이용한 복합모듈러는 모듈유닛을 공학용 목재로 제작된 스터드와 트랙과 경량기포콘크리트가 합성된 박스체 형태로 제작하되, 트랙 상면에 설치된 스터드 사이사이에는 경량기포콘크리트를 형성시켜 자중감소가 가능한 수직패널을 형성시키고, 상기 수직패널이 서로 연결되는 모서리부와 수직패널 중간 중간에는 횡력 보강을 위한 모서리 및 중간 수직기둥부 역할을 하도록 인접한 스터드 사이에 경량콘크리트를 형성시키게 된다.
