MANHOLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT IMPLEMENT AND MANHOLE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
According to the present invention, a manhole height adjustment apparatus comprises three or more mounting units radially arranged around a central axis of a manhole. The mounting unit comprises: a clamping block having a C-shaped vertical section to insert a flange formed on a lower end of the manhole thereinto; a horizontal bar horizontally extended, wherein one side thereof is seated on an upper surface of the manhole and the other side thereof is seated on a road surface; an outer mounting bar fixed and mounted on a lower surface of the horizontal bar and seated on an outer surface of the manhole; a connection screw screw-mounted to sequentially penetrate the horizontal bar and an upper plate of the clamping block to press an end thereof on an upper surface of the flange of the manhole; an inner mounting bar seated on a point of an inner surface of the manhole corresponding to the outer mounting bar; a mounting block which has a C-shaped vertical section to insert one end of the horizontal bar thereinto, and is fixed and mounted on an upper surface of the inner mounting bar; and a mounting screw screw-mounted to allow a middle portion thereof to penetrate a side plate of the mounting block and allow an end thereof to be buried by one end of the horizontal bar.
본 발명에 의한 맨홀철개 높이조절장치는, 맨홀철개의 중심축을 기준으로 방사형으로 배열되는 셋 이상의 거치유닛으로 구성되되, 상기 거치유닛은, 맨홀철개의 하단에 형성된 플랜지가 삽입될 수 있도록 'ㄷ' 형상의 수직단면을 갖는 클램핑블록; 수평방향으로 연장되며 일측이 상기 맨홀철개 상면에 안착되고 타측이 노면에 안착되는 수평바; 상기 수평바의 저면에 고정 결합되어 상기 맨홀철개의 외측면에 안착되는 외측체결바; 상기 수평바와 상기 클램핑블록의 상판을 순차적으로 관통하도록 나사결합되어 끝단이 상기 맨홀철개의 플랜지 상면에 압착되는 연결나사; 상기 맨홀철개의 내측면 중 상기 외측체결바와 대응되는 지점에 안착되는 내측체결바; 상기 수평바의 일단이 삽입될 수 있도록 'ㄷ' 형상의 수직단면을 갖되, 상기 내측체결바의 상면에 고정 결합되는 체결블록; 및 중단이 상기 체결블록의 측판을 관통하도록 나사결합되고, 끝단이 상기 수평바의 일단에 묻히도록 나사결합되는 체결나사;를 포함한다.

According to the present invention, a manhole height adjustment apparatus comprises three or more mounting units radially arranged around a central axis of a manhole.
