The present invention relates to a locking device for windows and doors. The locking device for windows and doors is installed in a moving frame connected to a rail of a fixed frame with a striker to move. The locking device for windows and doors includes: a bottom plate fixed to the moving frame and having a pair of hollow guide units protruding from the bottom surface or penetrating the bottom surface and a hollow support unit between the hollow guide units; a lock button connected to the bottom plate to move in a moving direction of the moving frame; a lock hook connected to the bottom plate to move in a vertical direction to the moving direction of the moving frame; a shaft body installed to rotate by a hinge block connected to a block mounting protrusion of the bottom plate to lift the lock hook; a housing connected to the upper part of the bottom plate and having a pair of lever rotating holes; and a lever connected to an end of a shaft vertical shaft of a shaft body individually protruding through the lever rotating hole.
본 발명은 창호 잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 스트라이커(striker)를 구비한 고정틀의 레일에서 이동 가능하게 결합된 이동틀에 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 이동틀에 고정되고, 저면에서 돌출 및 관통하게 형성된 한 쌍의 중공가이드부 및 상기 중공가이드부 사이의 중공지지부를 갖는 저면판; 상기 이동틀의 이동 방향으로 이동하도록 상기 저면판에 결합되는 락버튼; 상기 이동틀의 이동 방향에 수직한 방향으로 이동하도록 상기 저면판에 결합되는 락훅; 상기 락훅을 들어 올리도록 상기 저면판의 블록장착돌기에 결합된 힌지블록에 의해 회전 가능하게 배치되어 있는 샤프트바디; 상기 저면판의 상부에 결합되고, 한 쌍의 레버회동구멍을 갖는 하우징; 및 상기 레버회동구멍을 통해 각각 돌출된 상기 샤프트바디의 샤프트수직축의 끝단에 레버볼트로 결합되는 레버를 포함한다.
