CONCRETE PANAL USING PAVEMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pavement device using a concrete panel. According to the present invention, the height of a paving panel manufactured of concrete is controlled in accordance with an irregular foundation surface, using a support installed in the lower part of the panel as a panel height control unit. The paving panel is separated in order for a vertical space to be formed from the flat foundation surface as necessary. The paving panel is supported by being filled with a filler such as sand or soil as the filler is compacted from the outside to the inside through the vertical space using water or compressed air. So, a pavement is constructed, and environment is protected as the paving panel can be recycled and reused. Also, the pavement device can save resources and can improve workability by loading and transferring multiple sheets of the paving panels using a panel loading unit and a panel transfer unit.
본 발명은 콘크리트 패널을 이용한 보도 포장장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트로 제작된 포장패널을 패널높낮이조절수단으로 패널하부에 구비된 받침대를 이용하여, 불규칙한 기초면에 맞춰 포장패널의 높낮이를 조절하고 필요에 따라 평탄한 기초면으로부터 수직공간이 형성되도록 이격시키고, 이 수직공간을 통하여 외부에서 내부로 물 또는 압축공기를 이용하여 흙 또는 모래 등의 채움재를 다져서 채워넣어 포장패널을 지지하여 보도를 시공함으로써 포장패널에 대한 재활용 및 재사용이 가능하여 환경을 보호하고, 자원을 절약할 수 있으며, 또한 패널적재 및 운반수단을 이용해 여러장의 포장패널을 적재하여 운반할 수 있어 작업성이 향상되는 효과가 제공된다.
