The present invention relates to a corner clamp for a mold. The corner clamp for a mold is to improve quality of a concrete building (a column and a wall) by maintaining an installation angle of a mold by stably fixing the molds as a first pressing unit and a second pressing unit adjacent to each other press the molds to a clamp body on an opposite side while the clamp body encloses a first mold and a second mold. According to the present invention, the corner clamp for a mold includes: the clamp body (110) enclosing and supporting the outer surface of the first and second molds (1, 2) separated at fixed intervals; and the first and second pressing units (120, 130) pressing the first and second molds and mounted on the clamp body to move in a direction of pressing the first and second molds and an opposite direction, respectively. The first and second pressing units includes first and second pressing heads (122, 132) mounted to linearly move forwards and rearwards by being screwed to a nut unit formed in the clamp body and having a locking unit at an end. The clamp body includes: first and second support units individually supporting the first and second molds; and a corner support unit (113) formed between the first and second support units and supported on a corresponding surface of the first and second molds by being inserted into a corner unit between the first and second molds.
본 발명은 거푸집의 코너 클램프에 관한 것으로, 클램프 몸체가 제1,2거푸집을 감싸면서 반대쪽에서 제1,2가압구가 이웃하는 거푸집들을 클램프 몸체쪽으로 가압함으로써 거푸집들을 견고하게 고정하여 거푸집이 설치 각도를 유지하므로 콘크리트 건축물(기둥, 벽체 등)의 품질을 향상함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 거푸집의 코너 클램프는, 일정 각도로 벌어진 제1,2거푸집(1,2)의 외측면을 감싸면서 지지하는 클램프 몸체(110)와; 클램프 몸체에 각각 상기 제1,2거푸집을 가압하는 방향 및 반대 방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착되며 상기 제1,2거푸집을 가압하는 제1,2가압구(120,130)로 구성되며, 상기 제1,2가압구는 상기 클램프 몸체에 형성된 너트부에 나사 체결되어 전후진 직선 이동 가능하게 장착되며 단부에 상기 록킹부를 갖는 제1,2가압헤드(122,132)를 포함하고, 상기 클램프 몸체는 상기 제1,2거푸집을 각각 지지하는 제1,2지지부, 상기 제1,2지지부 사이에 형성되며 상기 제1,2거푸집 사이의 코너부에 삽입되어 상기 제1,2거푸집의 대향면에 지지되는 코너 지지부(113)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a corner clamp for a mold.
