WARM RECYCLED ASPHALT ADDITIVES, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND WARM RECYCLED ASPHALT CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a warm recycled asphalt additive, a manufacturing method of the warm recycled asphalt additive, and warm recycled asphalt concrete. The manufacturing method of a warm recycled asphalt additive comprises: a first composition manufacturing step of mixing 40-70 parts by weight of asphalt, 0.15-10 parts by weight of a thickening agent, and 0.15-10 parts by weight of an ionization agent in 100 parts by weight of water; a second composition manufacturing step of mixing the first composition and oil having initial boiling point (IBP) of at least 175°C with a weight ratio of 40:60 to 60:40; and an immersion step of immersing 50-150 parts by weight of the second composition in 100 parts by weight of a porous inorganic material. The warm recycled asphalt additive can recover a function of asphalt as a binder, and can be simply manufactured through a porous inorganic material including moisture.
본 발명은 중온 재생아스팔트 첨가제 제조방법에 있어서, 물 100중량부에 아스팔트 40~70중량부, 접착증진제 0.15~10중량부, 이온화제 0.15~10중량부를 혼합하는 제1 조성물제조단계; 상기 제1 조성물과 초류점(initial boiling point, IBP)이 175℃이상인 오일을 중량비 40:60~60:40로 혼합하는 제2 조성물 제조단계; 다공성 무기재료 100중량부에 상기 제2 조성물 50~150중량부 함침시키는 함침단계를 포함하는 중온 재생아스팔트 첨가제 및 그 제조방법과 중온 재생아스팔트콘크리트에 관한 것이다
