Disclosed is a mold assembly. The mold assembly used to form an inclined column using concrete includes: a lower mold having a height changed in accordance with a circumferential direction, wherein a first lower mold and a second lower mold have the shape of a semicircle or an arc on a cross-section and form a circle by being combined with each other; and an upper mold located on the upper side of the lower mold and having a fixed height in accordance with the circumferential direction, wherein a first upper mold and a second upper mold has the shape of the semicircle or the arc on the cross-section and form the circle by being combined with each other. A line in which the first lower mold and the second lower mold are connected is matched to a line in which the first upper mold and the second upper mold are connected. The first lower mold and the first upper mold are located to an inclined part of the column. According to the present invention, a line in which the first lower mold and the second lower mold forming a lower part of the column are connected is matched to the line in which the first upper mold and the second upper mold forming the upper part of the column are connected. Therefore, the upper mold and the lower mold are combined to be symmetric to each other at the part in which the upper mold and the lower mold are combined to the each other. Therefore, the mold assembly can be easily constructed and has a stable form.
거푸집조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 거푸집조립체는, 콘크리트를 이용하여 기울어진 기둥을 성형하는데 사용되는 거푸집조립체에 있어서, 횡단면상 반원 또는 호 형태를 이루는 제1 하부거푸집 및 제2 하부거푸집이 서로 조합되어 원을 이루고, 원주방향을 따라 높이가 변하는 하부거푸집; 및 횡단면상 반원 또는 호 형태를 이루는 제1 상부거푸집 및 제2 상부거푸집이 서로 조합되어 원을 이루고, 원주방향을 따라 높이가 일정하며, 하부거푸집 상측에 위치하는 상부거푸집을 포함하고, 제1 하부거푸집과 제2 하부거푸집이 결합되는 라인은, 제1 상부거푸집과 제2 상부거푸집이 결합되는 라인과 일치하고, 제1 하부거푸집 및 제1 상부거푸집은 기둥의 기울어진 쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기둥의 아래쪽 부분을 성형하는 제1 하부거푸집과 제2 하부거푸집이 결합되는 라인과 기둥의 위쪽 부분을 성형하는 제1 상부거푸집과 제2 상부거푸집이 결합되는 라인이 서로 일치하도록 이루어짐으로써, 하부거푸집과 상부거푸집이 서로 결합되는 지점에서 대칭된 형태의 결합이 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 거푸집조립체의 시공이 용이하고 안정된 형태의 거푸집조립체를 형성할 수 있게 된다.
Disclosed is a mold assembly. Therefore, the upper mold and the lower mold are combined to be symmetric to each other at the part in which the upper mold and the lower mold are combined to the each other. Therefore, the mold assembly can be easily constructed and has a stable form.
거푸집조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명의 거푸집조립체는, 콘크리트를 이용하여 기울어진 기둥을 성형하는데 사용되는 거푸집조립체에 있어서, 횡단면상 반원 또는 호 형태를 이루는 제1 하부거푸집 및 제2 하부거푸집이 서로 조합되어 원을 이루고, 원주방향을 따라 높이가 변하는 하부거푸집; 및 횡단면상 반원 또는 호 형태를 이루는 제1 상부거푸집 및 제2 상부거푸집이 서로 조합되어 원을 이루고, 원주방향을 따라 높이가 일정하며, 하부거푸집 상측에 위치하는 상부거푸집을 포함하고, 제1 하부거푸집과 제2 하부거푸집이 결합되는 라인은, 제1 상부거푸집과 제2 상부거푸집이 결합되는 라인과 일치하고, 제1 하부거푸집 및 제1 상부거푸집은 기둥의 기울어진 쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기둥의 아래쪽 부분을 성형하는 제1 하부거푸집과 제2 하부거푸집이 결합되는 라인과 기둥의 위쪽 부분을 성형하는 제1 상부거푸집과 제2 상부거푸집이 결합되는 라인이 서로 일치하도록 이루어짐으로써, 하부거푸집과 상부거푸집이 서로 결합되는 지점에서 대칭된 형태의 결합이 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 거푸집조립체의 시공이 용이하고 안정된 형태의 거푸집조립체를 형성할 수 있게 된다.
