The present invention relates to a hinge having a double damper. The hinge comprises: a door fixing unit (400) including a pair of dampers facing each other; a link (500) connected to the door fixing unit (400) to rotate; and a fixing arm (600) connected to the link (500) to rotate and attached to an inner surface (T) of a side wall (W) on which a door (D) is mounted. Also, the link (500) presses the pair of dampers while rotating. The pair of dampers includes: a first damper pressed from a position in which the link (500) starts to rotate to a position in which the rotation of the link (500) is completed; and a second damper pressed from a predetermined position in which the link (500) rotates to the position in which the rotation of the link (500) is completed. Therefore, the hinge having the double damper can prevent impact and noise by preventing a gap from being generated across a whole section in which the door rotates when the door of furniture is closed.
본 발명은 더블 댐퍼가 구비된 힌지에 관한 것으로, 상호 대향 배치되는 한 쌍의 댐퍼가 구비된 도어 고정부(400)가 구성되고, 상기 도어 고정부(400)에 회동하도록 연결된 링크(500)가 구성되고, 상기 링크(500)에 회동하도록 연결되어 도어(D)가 장착되는 측벽(W)의 내측면(T)에 부착되는 고정 아암(600)이 구성된다. 또한, 상기 링크(500)는 회동 시 상기 한 쌍의 댐퍼를 가압하며, 이때, 상기 한 쌍의 댐퍼는, 상기 링크(500)가 회동을 시작하는 위치부터 상기 링크(500)의 회동이 완료되는 위치까지 가압되는 제1 댐퍼와, 상기 링크(500)가 회동하는 특정 위치부터 상기 링크(500)의 회동이 완료되는 위치까지 가압되는 제2 댐퍼가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 가구의 도어를 닫을 때에 도어가 회동하는 전 구간에 걸쳐서 유격이 발생하지 않으므로 충격과 소음을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
