SLIDE TYPE AIR HAMMER
The present invention relates to an expandable air hammer which is mounted on a lower end of a connection rod assembled on an excavator. The expandable sliding air hammer comprises: a hammer body (100) comprising a rod connection adapter (110) disposed on an upper end thereof and mounted on a connection rod, and an inclined guide groove (120) cut into a lower end thereof; and a hole expanding bit (200) which is mounted in the inclined guide groove (120) to slide along the inclined guide groove (120), horizontally protrudes from an outer circumferential surface of the hammer body (100) if ascending along the inclined guide groove (120), and vertically protrudes from a lower surface of the hammer body (100) if descending along the inclined guide groove (120). While descending or ascending in an excavation hole, the hole expanding bit (200) can descent to move in the excavation hole. While expanding and excavating a lower end of the excavation hole, the hole expanding bit (200) vertically protruding from the lower surface of the hammer body (100) comes in contact with a bottom surface of the excavation hole to ascend along the inclined guide groove (120) and protrude to the outside of the outer circumferential surface of the hammer body (100) to expand and excavate an inner diameter of the excavation hole.
본 발명은 굴착기와 조립되는 연결로드의 하단에 결합되는 확장형 에어함마에 관한 것으로서, 상단부에 연결로드와 결합하는 로드연결아답타(110)가 구비되며, 하단부 내측으로 절개되어 형성된 경사안내홈부(120)가 구비되는 함마본체(100); 및, 상기 경사안내홈부(120) 내부에 장착되어 상기 경사안내홈부(120)을 따라 슬라이딩 운동을 하도록 결합되며, 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 상승할 경우 상기 함마본체(100)의 외주면에서 수평방향으로 돌출되고, 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 하강할 경우 상기 함마본체(100)의 하부면에서 수직방향으로 돌출되는 확공용비트부(200);를 포함하여 구성되어 굴착공 내부를 따라 하강하거나 상승하는 과정에서는 상기 확공용비트부(200)가 하강하여 굴착공 내부를 따라 이동이 가능하고, 굴착공 하단부의 확장 굴착 과정에서는 상기 함마본체(100)의 하부면에서 수직방향으로 돌출된 상기 확공용비트부(200)가 굴착공의 바닥면에 맞닿아 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 상승하면서 상기 함마본체(100)의 외주면 외측으로 돌출되어 굴착공의 내경을 확장하는 굴착이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 굴착기와 조립되는 연결로드의 하단에 결합되는 확장형 에어함마에 관한 것으로서, 상단부에 연결로드와 결합하는 로드연결아답타(110)가 구비되며, 하단부 내측으로 절개되어 형성된 경사안내홈부(120)가 구비되는 함마본체(100); 및, 상기 경사안내홈부(120) 내부에 장착되어 상기 경사안내홈부(120)을 따라 슬라이딩 운동을 하도록 결합되며, 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 상승할 경우 상기 함마본체(100)의 외주면에서 수평방향으로 돌출되고, 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 하강할 경우 상기 함마본체(100)의 하부면에서 수직방향으로 돌출되는 확공용비트부(200);를 포함하여 구성되어 굴착공 내부를 따라 하강하거나 상승하는 과정에서는 상기 확공용비트부(200)가 하강하여 굴착공 내부를 따라 이동이 가능하고, 굴착공 하단부의 확장 굴착 과정에서는 상기 함마본체(100)의 하부면에서 수직방향으로 돌출된 상기 확공용비트부(200)가 굴착공의 바닥면에 맞닿아 상기 경사안내홈부(120)를 따라 상승하면서 상기 함마본체(100)의 외주면 외측으로 돌출되어 굴착공의 내경을 확장하는 굴착이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
